Summer Kitchen has been reliably tasty for years! The staff is always friendly. I love that this location has a drive-thru. I always get their potato casseroles - though admittedly, I was disappointed when they went from fried potatoes to hashbrowns. It still tastes great though and the raspberry muffins are always good.

I rated all 5 but the overall because we are so dissapointed the now are closing at 2 everyday, formerly open till 7 ( which wasn't long enough either) This Summer kitchen is one of our favorite resturants is Omaha. Fabulous food, fabulous service---very personable, and great menu. They just expanded in to the next bay and are now closing earlier? What? Should be open till 8 like LaVista. Since this store opened, we have enoyed countless meals at all times of day, always enjoying the many choices. Owner, please reconsider! Let everybody know dining is remodeled and bring more folks in!
We miss supper so much.

Help yourself with coffee and cutlery . My biscuits and gravy were disappointing because instead of sausage gravy they just gave me two sausage patties I covered in a plain white gravy. I had several bites of sausage with bone or hard cartilage in it. Lady at the register seemed annoyed by my husbands questions about the place. It was incredibly cold at our booth with the AC blowing down on us, bring a sweater just incase you sit below a vent.

After eating at the Summer Kitchen Cafe location in La Vista several times, my mom and I found this location to be very off-putting. This location has counter service ordering and you get your own water and coffee and silverware and condiments. So basically it's like a fast food restaurant but the prices are still the same amount as a sit-down location. My mom and liked our breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy ok but the whole vibe was just not it, unfortunately.

My wife had sausage patties and they where low enough grade to have bone pieces in them so chew carefully! Everything is made fast to fast! Not much is house made c f s is frozen patty , cheap syrup for your pancakes probably will never go back unfortunately gave 3 stars become the potato casserole was pretty good. Just no pride in the ingredients

Fantastic little breakfast place. Highly recommend if you are in the area to stop. We had a group of 8 and our food came out quick! Piping hot in under 10 minutes.

This Summer Kitchen location is lacking the coziness vibe that the LaVista location provides. This location is also very small.

One of my all time favorite food places! I used to go to the Bellevue location a lot before it closed, but this one is just as good! Very excited to see how the remodel turns out!
