Food was expensive and just OK…not like I remember when I used to eat at the Original location down in Bellevue. As I was about to bite into my Brisket Sandwich, I noticed a big black hair sticking out of the side. I pulled it out and ate it anyway, without saying anything. BUT my biggest complaint, and the real reason I won’t be going back, is the tip they expect! Restaurant is set up like a fast food place, so why are they expecting a tip in the first place! I don’t tip at McDonalds. BUT, and I wonder if the owner even knows this, they flip the screen over and give you 3 choices reading left to right 25%. 22%. 18%. That is ridiculous! 25%??? First off, I hate tipping BEFORE I get service, which obviously sucked (remember the hair in my food). Anyway, I tipped 18% because I didn’t want to go through the whole process of clicking other, then putting in 15% while the cashier (with black hair) stares at me. I hate those machines but more than anything, I hate the fact that this FAST FOOD RESTAURANT thinks I should tip them 25%!!! I get that these machines are all over the place now and I get that people aren’t paid enough so tips help. My wife is a bartender so I understand tipping and, ask anyone who knows me, I am VERY generous on my tipping. But, 25% is just ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. That poor decision, I’m afraid, is going to hurt them in the long run.

This was my first time ordering from here. Ordered the two meat dinner (ribs and brisket). Both were really good. I got the caramel cornbread and brisket chili for the sides which were super good. The chili was a 8.8/10 and try the caramel cornbread with some ice cream??I told the owner I would stop by and it was worth it??

It has been my go to place for bbq because it is close by. Not anymore. Can't get there at 6 or 7 for dinner and expect to get what you want. 3 times in last 2 months out of ribs. This evening out of corn bread, burnt ends, 1/2 chicken and ribs. F ing Pathetic. Make more!

OK atmosphere, fair service and presentation. I got the popping brisket and it didn't look good at all... Tasted fine but looked like mushed cat food and had the consistency of tuna salad... not what I want at a BBQ place. Tasted fine, just take a few minutes to make it more appetizing. Other meals looked fine. I'd try again to see if other meals are better as most reviews say they are. Price is reasonable.

Typical bbq joint that packs a flavor punch. You will need baby wipes or wet wipes to clean up. BBQ sauce will be on your face and hands. Highly recommend the hot variety.The family sized meals are reasonably priced and you will most likely need to ask for a box. Don't start with potato salad or you will not have any left to take home, consider buying an extra before you leave.Heads up, they will run out of brisket so get there as early as you can. Don't forget sausage.

This is a lot like your typical chain bbq restaurants. No real flames, more like oven cooked. Friendly & helpful employees. Not at all bad, I would visit again. I ordered the burnt ends, which I wish weren't drowning in sauce so I could taste the actual meat.

Nothing makes me sadder than dry brisket. I was NOT sad today. Succulent, with just a bit of fat, paired with the cream cheese corn with jalapeño. Sweet potato waffle fries with good ranch dressing, mixed with a bit of a mix of the hot and regular BBQ sauce. ? I'm definitely a happy camper.
