Ordered a quesadilla and a taco and paid extra for extra meat the taco had no meat in it and the quesadilla was still very skimpy. I came back they fixed the taco but I get home and there’s a hair in my quesadilla🤦🏽♀️ would not recommend. $16 down the drain.

I spent $44 in the drive through for my family and I today and was handed a bag I assumed was right. After getting all the way home and opening the bag I realized that I was handed about $10 worth of somebody else's food. Irritated, I went back showed them my receipt, said I went through the drive through and was giving the wrong order completely. They refused to remake it or even believe me. So I basically just gave taco bell $44 today. Never going back

I don't know what it is, but my food has not been great the couple of times I've gone now. Last week, I went to get some nacho fries, and we were told to wait as they were making a fresh batch. We thought, "Great! Fresh fries!" But after waiting almost 15 min, what they gave us was cold and stale. Almost as if they were just sitting there while they hung around and did nothing as it was 9:30pm. Absolutely disappointed by it. Today, i wanted to get some more hoping it was better this time around. While the first few I ate were fine, there were some that were absolutely cold and not fried properly. I don't think I will be ordering at this location if they aren't consistent with their quality.

I had to wait in the drive thru well over a 1/2 hour and was late coming back to work for break. I was going to leave the drive through line and drive through the grass but I was stuck. Then I tried to order Baja Blast and they were out. So I tried unsweetened tea and that was out so I settled for Pepsi.

Tried to order through the app but, the order never showed on the restaurant end. They rang it up manually and got the order correct...but, forgot our receipt so we could scan the receipt and still get points. Oh, well, app seems faulty anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful!

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 6 years. Never have I had an issue with staff or food. It's taco bell, you know what you're getting. But I've been to some where the staff are just not the best or the food is worse than normal. But this location, I have never experienced it.

actually one of the best Taco Bell’s I have been to. The food was super fresh tasting and put together thoughtfully instead of thrown together. Service was fast and they did not mess up anything in my order, which is rare for fast food now a days!
