Still when I got home, my meal was already cold (probably because they didnt bag my items, and i had to wait 45+ minutes to get them). and I didnt even get my cheese dip....

States that it opens at 7am. I have arrived multiple time between 7:10-7:30 through the years and staff is still not open. I have seen them sitting in the lobby or no one is in there period multiple times.

Woman in drive thru is pushy, rude, inexperienced at her position. Would not give me a few minutes to look over menu to order something different than what I normally EVERY DAY. Good lord forbid, I come in here and purchase from your store that continues to keep employed and being NASTY at the drivethru

I recieved the wrong order at this specific Taco Bell, and when I returned for a seperate order, I AGAIN recieved little to barely any cheese sauce in my to-go container, and I believe that is ridiculous. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. 2/5 stars >:(.

I wanted a chalupa box which the kid said they didn't have so he did an upsale with me. Come to find out It was dbl the food and dbl the price of the box I wanted. The shell is hard and stale. Hope my meal gets better from here.

My Crunchwrap was very good up until the second half when I bit into a 2.5 inch piece of plastic!! Nice employees... But they (I assume accidentally) put plastic in my food?

Place is usually decent, the only issue is they constantly close the lobby. It doesn't matter if it's a week day or weekend. Just a few days when I came on the weekend, they had the doors locked at 4:15. I just came now 1/4/24 and same thing, the lobby is closed and its barely 6:30. That crazy, I get staffing issues happen but don't even open Christ. What I did was laced in on the app so I don't have to go drive thru and they lock the doors so you still leave to go thru a 15-30 minutes wait depending on how busy that line it. They're out of control. At least leave the door open for pick up orders.
