Food quality was fine for what it is, quick fast lunch. However the music was BLARING and speakers are blown. I nicely asked 2 different staff members if they could turn it down only to be ignored. Now I have a headache. 😫 Something so simple could have made a huge difference!

I work nearby so i will grab lunch from here sometimes and ALWAYS disappointed. Getting skimped on a burrito or a taco is crazy work. Got tired of the bs so i double checked by ordering a 5 layer burrito and then went to another location order 2 cheese rollups. The 2 cheese rollups where same size as the 5 layer maybe a little bigger then the 5 layer and that size is every time. Kinda annoying looking at the price of anything knowing its gonna be smaller than majority of all nearby taco bells.

The African lady making the food was yelling at the white lady creating a fuss and possessing extremely violent behavior in front of customers trying to eat. I do not like the new machine where you have to type in your own meal. I got very confused and it’s not worth my time. Ultimately I will not be coming back to this location especially due to the aggressive employee. This is Not a family friendly spot!

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could, I don’t know what’s going on with Taco Bell lately and the people that they choose to employ, but it’s like they don’t wanna work. I casually placed my order an hour before they closed coming right off of a long shift at work, only to be rudely told to cancel my order because the employee refused to make the order. No, I understand people getting upset if you place an order five minutes before a building closes, but this is literally an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. It truly disgust me how little they care about their customer service. If you’re not willing to work your shift to the very end of it and not try and close early and be lazy then just don’t work obviously it’s not the right job for you.

The food was very good, but the cashier that took our order was off putting and downright unfriendly. This was the 146th & W. Center location in Omaha. Also, there was a young man in his 20's that was sleeping in one of the booths. Won't be going back to this location for quite awhile!
