Terrible service, two customers ordered after us and they got their food first before us, no meat in the burrito that was ordered, they took over 20 minutes to get our food. Never coming back to this location

Placed an order to pickup on DoorDash and tried to pick it up in the drive thru because of the weather. The lady at the window was extremely rude and told me I had to go inside. I even mentioned that I had my 2 year old, I was already in the line and not able to back out without waiting for the people in front of me, and how the weather was bad. She responded with sooo much attitude telling me no. I pulled around the front and slipped on ice on their sidewalk because there was no ice down. Nobody apologized for me slipping or for me having to pull around. Food wasn't even good this time either and we were missing a couple items. Incredibly disappointed with this location and their staff.

I won’t be coming to this location anymore. Terrible customer service. Ordered sausage breakfast crunchwraps and she rudely said “no sausage. Only bacon or steak.” I tried asking if they were just out because I normally order that. She rudely said “no. Bacon or steak”. If I was the GM I would properly train staff on how to communicate and also train on customer service. I wasn’t even rude, I was simply asking if they were out. Then I call to get the owners number and it’s the same female.. with the same attitude. I repeat twice I want the number to the GM or owner. She hangs up on me and leaves the phone on “busy” so I can’t call back. What an embarrassment to have an employee. Do better!

The boy who took my order amazing hard working stayed busy the lady that made the food came out the back was rude to everyone had a nasty attitude I would not eat inside

Nothing quite hits the spot like a late night walk to Taco Bell and back for their $5 app exclusive box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. They're always very quick with my orders :)

1. Lady was rude .2 on multiple occasions they have gave me and my gf stall food from the fiesta strips to the chips to the potato and than they where acting weird when I asked them to re make it
