Attempted to go one night, and they closed early bec they were short staffed.
Rude, cant order right with the ai. Just go somewhere else you'll be better off.

The customer service was really very bad. There were 4-5 cars in the drive through and it was a quiet week night. It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive through. When I got to the speaker to order and was greeted I could hear staff in the background cursing terribly with each other. The lobby was closed mind you that's how I know it was staff. We ordered 9 food items total and the food quality was horrific. Stale tortillas, cold fried potatoes, and everything was extremely underfilled as if it were meant to be a little child's portion. We're pretty big fast food people and this was easily the worst fast food facility I've been to in the last 25 years.

Website says open till 3am. Get there around 130 am with employees in the store. Pulled up to the drive thru and no one helped me. Tried calling the store and no answer as well. So paying employees to deny service

Every single time i order from this location my bag has missing and incorrect items , every single time, the employees are lazy and do not care if your order is complete. It’s crazy to have to drive an extra 15 to go to Bellevue for better service

Wish I could be here to rate the food but unfortunately I didn't get any. When I pulled up to pick up my online order in the drive thru I was told the wifi was out and I couldn't get my order OR make a new order. Bro I was hungry!

I ordered 4 soft taco meat and cheese only and a chicken taco and a burrito and not one thi g was correct. When I went inside to fix it I got back the wrong food again. I got more food the 2nd time but still completely wrong

Don’t normally write reviews of fast food places but I have a minute and am annoyed. I ordered the number 1 - three taco supremes. Easy right? Received two regular tacos with barely a sneeze of meat and like three pieces of lettuce. Fast food is too expensive these days to not get the full food I paid for. How disappointing 😩 AVOID STAFF IS RUDE, LAZY AND THEY STEAL BY NOT GIVING YOU A FULL ORDER

Ordered online at the 3855 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 68131 location and since the order didn’t pull up right away, Mind you not even a minute had passed and they told me to move forward. Then they were rather rude with the person behind me for not saying their order quick “are you going to order now?!” With attitude on a customer who had barely pulled up seconds after me as I still had my windows fully down all because a customer didn’t say their order in time (maybe a minute). Then when I got to the window where you get food and pay I got told they couldn’t do it since they forced me through the drive through without letting me pull up my online order to begin with. Then Told me to cancel my order so I left with nothing, a huge disappoint, and cancelled order. Very rude people at this location. You can look up the time between 12:15-12:19pm on 09/09/25 and see how the man taking orders acted and then the lady at the payment window. I’m no longer going to even go to Taco Bell. I had and was a customer at this location for years (check my order history and location) but after this experience I definitely will never come back. They don’t care because the managers or those in charge do nothing about our complaints. If you don’t believe me look at just their recent reviews all one star even saying what was going on and how the workers are and nothing is done to the workers nor to rectify the situation with customer. Best thing one can do to raise awareness is stop supporting Taco Bell altogether.

Workers are so slow. I waited 30 minutes for a $5 box combo and watched the employees at the window play around for over 10 minutes and lift each other up. My food was also cold and my burrito wasn’t made correctly. Do better

Went threw the drive threw and made an order of 48$ and they didn’t give me half the food I ordered they didn’t not try to even listen to me they just told me they were closed

I waited on life from 12:28 until 1:00am 12 of those minutes I was sitting in front of the intercom no one came to take my orders so I figured because they were busy they might have just been having people come up to the window when I finally made it up to the window over 30 minutes of waiting wasted because they told me I would have to go all the way back around because they don't put orders in through the window you can only do it if you speak to them through the intercom I asked to have it explained to me why I wouldn't be able to put it in right there through the window and all I was told was you just need to go back around I don't make the rules I'm sorry but I just got off work I'm a server out in council bluffs I understand how annoying it is when you have to make accommodations for people but for something that simple all the Taco bells I've ever been to in my entire life I've never had this issue before ever I don't understand why my huge heavy van was not giving you an alert that there's someone at the intercom needing to put their order in and I'm not understanding what was so difficult about pressing some buttons on a screen especially if your offer is you'll still do it I just have to go back around and wait an additional 30 plus minutes I will quite literally never return to this location the response that I received from an error on their end was absolutely appalling I'm completely baffled by the fact that it was that difficult for somebody to do their job on the spot. Please don't work fast food especially on a weekend night Friday-sun if you're incapable of handling fast paced environments where customers regularly make mistakes and are unwilling to correct your own.
If that's genuinely your rules that you absolutely don't allow orders to be taken through the window then make sure attentively taking customers orders through the intercom, when the line is wrapping around the building it's highly unlikely there's no one whose pulled up to the intercom in over 10 minutes..

I placed an order last night at 12:39 through the app for delivery, waited until 2:00 in the morning. The person who was initially delivering told me the order was still being made - it does not take that long to make any Taco Bell food. A second driver was assigned to deliver the order, and I got the same story that my order was still being made. Ended up cancelling my order. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen last night, but if you blatantly refuse to make a customer’s order after they pay, you should not be open. This location needs to close.

The two young gentleman handled my order well and were professional. I ordered by app; it was midnight, picked up at the drive thru, and had hot food. The ingredients were fresh and delicious for the most part. The tacos we're not the best. The burritos were amazing!
