This proclaimed manager, won’t give his name when he’s wrong. He will give you poor service and call the cops on you for asking for a refund rather than a remake. He won’t let his employees speak to you, he shushed them in their native language. Sad human being.

Dude with dreads got upset because I asked for a water at the window instead of the intercom..? the fact he said that and gave me my food after the water tells everyone that it wasted no time to give me a water at the window.

I ordered the new chicken taco an when I got home to eat it...it was hard as a rock I almost broke a tooth then I call up there an explain an the night manager starts laughing at me an said its suppose to be like that..an I told him I dont think so...chicken is not rock hard like that...I will never go there again...nasty food an the manager very unprofessional..

I’m not being dramatic when i say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had… Mostly the staff was just really kind and fast and I feel that needs to be appreciated 🥰🥰

We went in to order and the person at the counter told us that we had to use the kiosk to order; he would not take our order. He claimed to be very busy, but we were the only people inside the restaurant. We left without ordering and on the way out, we noticed that there was only one car in the drive through lane, so his claim to be so busy falls flat.

Absolutely rude customer service. I have been here a few times and everytime the guy at the window is trying to rush you to order even when nobody else is there. Kept saying anything else, and if you have any questions dont bother, he wont answer them respectfully. I get that its a taco bell but I dont expect anyone to treat me the way this place has.
I have never paved an order either ahead of time online or in person and not had it screwed up.

This place use to be one of my go to locations for taco bell but has fallen down hill. I went and ordered three steak cheesy melt burritos and got the three steak Chipotle burritos instead two completely different burritos with completely diffrent ingredients. I wasn't to upset about my order being wrong this place gets my orders wrong pretty frequently but still I wasn't to upset. Its when I told the man in the drive thru that I got the wrong order he got upset and told me that I was in the wrong and that I had the right order I then proceeded to unwrap the burrito and showed him that it clearly wasn't the right burrito but he still refused to admit he was wrong I even explained to him the ingredients that were in the burrito I ordered and he still said I was in the wrong. I just drove off and went to another store.

Usually really good food here, but this time my regular crispy taco lost the bottom of the taco. I have never seen that. Very soggy, nothing on it should have made it soggy. Otherwise the rest of the food was good.
