If I could give a 0 I would. The lady at the drive thru window who took my order couldn’t even understand me properly. Not trying to sound stuck up but the person working the drive thru counter should be able to understand enough English to understand when a customer is a clarifying question. When I asked to speak to another person she said I couldn’t. 😡😡😡😡😡

We placed a mobile order, the woman in the picture ignored us at the drive thru and once we drove up to the actual window. She refused to give us our drinks and ignored us, looking past at the cars behind. She claimed that we disrespected her prior to the drive thru. I explained to her that it was a misunderstanding and the situation she was talking about didn’t involve us at all. She once again refused to listen. We asked her to pull up footage of “our car” and she once again refused and continued to claim it was us. After about 10 minutes of waiting, she finally brand out our food and threw the bag into the car. Never in my life have I dealt with such unpleasant and disturbing behavior within customer service. Truly ashamed

Been here many times late at night and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Cashier taking our order wouldn't tell us what was in the one sauce and ignored me multiple times when I said our order was done. Drove up and my boyfriend said he didn't get one item. Instead she argued with me and slammed the window in our face. I won't be back.

I ordered a 10pc nugget with a large Baja blast. Every where I have gone has always rang in a combo when I order this way or asked. When I got my food I asked about the fries she said we didn't order a combo and said we didn't say anything at the speaker when multiple times we said that was all thank you to no response. She slammed the window and walked away. I also tried to ask about the sauce and was just told it's bell sauce. They were out of honey mustard as well. Whoever was working the drive thru at 1am on 6/16/25 needs to do some customer service training. I worked fast food for years and never slammed a window on a customer.
