One of these days I want to walk into this place and demand to see their manager, just so I can shake their hand. This is consistently the best Taco Bell you can find in Omaha and has the nicest staff. The food and service keep me coming back even though I don't regularly eat fast food.

The absolute customer service Iâve experienced at a Taco Bell. Cashier was super rude when I let her know they gave me the wrong order. She told me to be quiet with her finger and questioned if I ordered the right thing. I also ordered a Baja blast freeze and it came out dry! I didnât think it was possible to make a slushy dry. Donât go to this location.

Food shouldnât be colder than winter temperatures after a 5 minute drive.l yet somehow they are selling raw cold tacos with no lawsuits
you never cook my chicken quesadilla all the way. iâve had to throw away several quesadillas because of it. #salmonella #DOBETTER.

I usually love taco bell and its my go to place! I went for the drive thru today at 17130 Evans St, Omaha, NE 68116.
I ordered for a meal that included a soda. when the Cashier asked, I said Coke. I forgot Tacobell doesnt serve Coke. I always do Sprite and I forgot. They gave me a pepsi. I said I asked for coke, the cashier was very rude and said we dont serve Coke. I asked her why she didnt remind that to me when I ordered.. She just closed the window and handed me my food after. I asked her to give me sprite instead of the pepsi I didnt like. She got that changed and when I politely asked her for her name, she rudely said âwhy would I say you my name and closed the windowâ. Since I didnât move from there, someone else came in and gave me the receipt when I told her I would like to give a review. The cashier didnt even wait for me to finish or asked me if I need the receipt.
I wish Tacobell had better cashier training to treat customers well for the $ they spend on buying the food.Thanks!

Just moved to this area and the food was sub par the 1st time. Decided to give them another chance and this time it was worse. Food was trash and will never go back again! Gotta stick with chic fil an and even McDonaldâs is better than them. Called to let the manager know and their solution was to come there and they remake the food and I declined as I wonât ever go back there. No other solution and he hung up.

The food is NEVER fresh, everything is stale and poorly made. The portions are not the same as any other location. The soda is usually flat. I always had hope that Taco Bell would improve this location but this is easily the WORST LOCATION IN OMAHA! Without a doubt. Not to mention, trying to understand the person over the intercom when ordering is frustrating at best.
