I recently ordered two classic Taco Bell tacos and was really let down by what I received. Both tacos looked almost empty the moment I unwrapped them. There was barely any meat inside, just a thin smear along the bottom of the shell and the toppings were just as skimpy. A few shreds of lettuce and a pinch of cheese hardly count as a proper filling, especially when the shell itself is the biggest part of the taco.

My order was ready for pickup fairly quickly, and everything was prepared just as requested. I got everything I needed without any issues. However, the lack of cinnamon and sugar on the twists was a bit of a letdown, though I know that's pretty standard at most places. Overall, it was a solid experience

They didnt ask if i wanted to order aything. They just kicked me out the door. I get that your closing the lobby but why would I want you to make me 3 potato tacos when you care more about closing the store then gaining one more sale and a happy customer right before you close the lobby?

Must have an Tard Outreach Program cause when pulled up to drive thru window for my app order, the tard servicing the window asked for payment. Plus never got my reward that I redeemed.
It’s a Taco Bell. They have kiosks to order food now instead of an actual person. Which is alright.

By far, the best Taco Bell in Omaha. Never had a rude employee. Food is always hot and fresh. If you can drive the extra mile or two to visit this location, I'd highly recommend

Online order. It appears the store is out of most items. They had only a couple drinks options and the napkins were bathroom paper towels.

Second time in a row, drove through at 915 am looking for breakfast for one of us, lunch items for the other. App allows you to order lunch. Store also is supposed to have lunch available starting at 9am. This is the second time no lunch was available. Drive through clerk blamed it on equipment. Just like last time. No apathy, or apology. Then was short when asking, “anything else?” We were like….give us a minute. So finally added a breakfast combo. Asked for no tomatoes. Drink? Yes, Baja blast zero please. “Im out.” Is the response. Then as we get our food, we ask for fire and Diablo sauce. “Im out of fire sauce.” Again, no apology or apathy at all. The coup de grace? The burrito had tomatoes.
Food was cold. Not what we wanted, and the clerk was rude and quite frankly, a jerk.
