Wonderful customer service and food, but they always get my order wrong. I end up missing things when I pick it up and having to wait to get them done. This place keeps getting worse. As busy as it is they need more staff and better management of the place.

I typically feel too bad to leave a 1 star review.. but this place is seriously so bad. They have messed up my order almost every time I've been here, the food I do get tastes old and nasty, and the staff isn't typically very considerate when trying to get the order corrected. On top of all that they barely put any cheese in the cups! It's just not worth it to go to this location anymore. They were fine when I moved to the area five years ago, but now I just drive farther to a different location. Update: My cheese quesadilla wasn't even melted. Ick.

Somehow got EVERY ITEM WRONG except for the sides. Everything was made so sloppily it looked like they made the quesadilla with their eyes closed and slathered them in fire sauce NO ONE asked for. All of the tacos came absolutely shattered. Incompetent workers charging for 6 items and not knowing how to refund or correct the order. Manager came to the window and YELLED at us?? Just close down at this point or get your employees and trainers under control. No excuse for a fast food restaurant to be this chaotic and terrible given it wasn’t even rush hour.

the worlds simplest order: one fiesta potato with no cheese. employee even repeated back the order including the no cheese request. get home and open it up, it’s smothered in cheese. i swear god. it was like they added extra cheese.

Ordered 4 crispy chicken cantina tacos at the drive through with spicy ranch and seasoned rice, however, they didn't include either, and put nacho fries inside the tacos instead--something I can't even eat as someone who's gluten free.
I go here often, recently had a good visit that made me wanna rate it. I had ordered the chicken nuggets things, but it turns out they had discontinued them but the website still showed them as an option. So when I go their they gave me the rest of my order and refunded the nuggets, unfortunately the wind took the cash from the refund, and the attendant help look for it for a good while before we admitted we couldn't find it. I went in and they got me the money I had lost. To the manager working the morning today, im sorry I got heated with you, I misunderstood what you were telling me. I love your store<3
