I came through the drive through. The guy didnt even talk to me. And then put soap in my drink... We had no social interaction so there's no possible way I could have had a bad interaction with him. Loved this TacoBell until he decided to poison me.

The cold store and manager screaming at her employees should be investigated, it happens every time I go in there. She shouldn't be in customer service with that poor attitude. She's extremely loud and rude.

Rude people who work here at the window didn’t order a lot and I was obviously an inconvenience to him to be there and order was wrong after I corrected him multiple times maybe if he didn’t give me attitude he would have heard me didn’t even get a receipt probably because he knew he would get a bad review.

Always slower than molasses hope you plan on waiting 20+ minutes for FAST food and on top of that I order a cheesy Gordita crunch and a chicken quesadilla the Gordita crunch had no sauce on it and the quesadilla had no sauce nor chicken on it. This place is a joke.

Drive thru is usually pretty quick my food is always delicious however whenever i get a chalupa my shell is not toasted and it kind of grosses me out please toast them like the picture

The people were all on the phone ignoring any and all customers that came into the store.. we're very unhelpful with orders.. argued with customers about missing products in said orders.. experience was horrible will not go back!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful customer service and food, but they always get my order wrong. I end up missing things when I pick it up and having to wait to get them done. This place keeps getting worse. As busy as it is they need more staff and better management of the place.

I typically feel too bad to leave a 1 star review.. but this place is seriously so bad. They have messed up my order almost every time I've been here, the food I do get tastes old and nasty, and the staff isn't typically very considerate when trying to get the order corrected. On top of all that they barely put any cheese in the cups! It's just not worth it to go to this location anymore. They were fine when I moved to the area five years ago, but now I just drive farther to a different location. Update: My cheese quesadilla wasn't even melted. Ick.

Somehow got EVERY ITEM WRONG except for the sides. Everything was made so sloppily it looked like they made the quesadilla with their eyes closed and slathered them in fire sauce NO ONE asked for. All of the tacos came absolutely shattered. Incompetent workers charging for 6 items and not knowing how to refund or correct the order. Manager came to the window and YELLED at us?? Just close down at this point or get your employees and trainers under control. No excuse for a fast food restaurant to be this chaotic and terrible given it wasn’t even rush hour.
