I ordered food for my family online on Christmas Eve and hour before closing, in my opinion is reasonable. But the boy working the cash register told me “we close in 50 minutes, all the beef orders are gonna have to be chicken because I have no beef premade” I think is very unprofessional and unsatisfying. I’ve working in fast food before, if a customer comes in 5 or even 1 minute before closing the right thing to do is serve them, even if it means dirtying your cleaned station. I suggest management train their staff better, and for the staff to not be so lazy. WILL not be returning to this location

Tried to eat here for breakfast during regular business hours on 12/16 but the doors were locked. I assume there were employees inside because there were a couple cars in the parking lot. Took my business elsewhere today

I just want to say Taco Bell 72nd L bailed us out of a real pickle. Had a event and the caterer cancelled on us. We were doing walking Tacos. I went to this location and asked if they could help us out. The shift manager called the store manager and got us taken care of in 30 minutes! Great job everyone! I really appreciate what you all did!

Genuinely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. I go here almost every day Monday-Friday and the food is always accurate, fresh and warm. I’ve been to many other Taco Bell’s and am met with issues whereas for over a year I’ve gone to this location multiple times a week and have yet to have a single issue.

Open until midnight means they close at before 11. Walk through the drive through and they will completely ignore you. I get you may have policies but at least be communicative. Terrible service. 1/10. Avoid this location.

I walked in there and started looking at the menu that is at the counter and while I’m looking at the menu, I was yelled at and told to use a kiosk. I then asked why can’t we use the register and they told me because I said to use the kiosk at that point I told them I will just go somewhere else. They are very rude and very lazy at this location.
