The food is always fresh, on time, and the staff is super friendly. The cooks make everything fresh, with generous portions. Plus, the nacho fries are my absolute favorite—always loaded with seasoning, piping hot, and the container is filled to the top every time. No other Taco Bell does it like this one in Omaha!

Not sure why this location is even open. Lobby is ALWAYS closed. Not sure why? Dont blame it on short staffed. Not 1 car in drive thru at 6pm. So not like your busy. Just plain being lazy. Guess a call to Corporate to complain is in order. And no this isnt the 1st time.
