The food that you can get is okay. Wish I would have stuck by not going to this location after my last horrible experience but it was on my way home on a time crunch. This location was out of sour cream And Baja blast.. at a Taco Bell. Come on now. Even worse the manager that initially made me not want to visit that location again still works there. I suggest the owners of the store start to make some changes.
Update: I asked if there were tomatoes on what I ordered. The answer was no. There are tomatoes on my order.

I was literally just there, I’ve been trying to call and no one answers. I’ve called maybe 10times. I ordered a party box of SOFT TACOS and I got hard shell… kinda big difference to order SOFT TACOS and HARD SHELL. I do see that the receipt says Crunchy but I DID NOT order crunchy… I specifically asked for SOFT. Really annoying. Personally, I would like compensation for this mistake. Whether that be I can redeem a party box at a different time or just my money back for that item. I know what I ordered and I would never order crunchy.

Ordered a bacon crunch wrap and instead of the hash brown they used potatoes. They were probably out of hash browns and subbed in the potatos but I was not told this when I ordered and would not have got it if they told me. If you sub out an ingredient tell the customer before they order

I always get the same thing when i get taco bell, i get a grilled cheese burrito with chicken instead of steak because the steak upsets my stomach. i ordered that today and i got it with steak :(

Not extremely happy with my experience. Came through and ordered a Dr. Pepper and a cheese quesadilla and I was going to order sour cream on the side but was cut off so quickly that I didnt have time to order it and pulled forward. I then proceeded to pull To the window and asked to add the sour cream as I handed over my card, and he proceeded to do the payment anyway and tell me he can’t add that to the order because it was too late.i was handed my card and food and was told to come back around if i want sour cream so i did so. I paid for my 66 cent sour cream and left the drive through when I realized they were in such a hurry that they didn’t even give me the drink I was supposed to receive my first order. I then again had to go through the drive through and ask for my already paid for drink! Didn’t Know it was that hard to add a 66 cent item to an order or make a separate order quickly for a small sour cream! I’d recommend letting the customers fully speak there order before moving them to the window to avoid further ording issues

Employees were rude and only concerned about speed. They ruined our ENTIRE order and continued to gaslight my husband when he called to tell them most of our food was missing. This location is absolutely trash. The service is trash. Zero customer service skills.

Was sadly disappointed. I Ordered in the drive thru, the cashier Cynthia read my order back to me to make sure everything was correct (good habit to have working drive through). Get home and I was missing a 10 piece nugget from my order. Get back about to the Taco Bell about 15 minutes later and she asked what she forgot (I let her know the nuggets were missing). I didn’t get an apology about the order missing items (or a comp of any sort, but an apology about messing up the order would have sufficed). From here and who I assume was the manager on shift. I was asked multiple times about what sauces I wanted and said multiple times, none. Need to train a bit better (i work in the customer service industry) and at least make sure if somethings wrong with a customer, besides correcting the mistake, to apologize, even if you didn’t make the mistake vs only hearing people talk about people need to hurry up so they can get off work.

I've literally forced my wife to quit here. Non stop you would see the gm Mensah scream yell wave hands and emberass employees. Constant schedule changes where they would not communicate the change just call you saying schedule changed your supposed to be on the clock now expecting you to drop everything right then and there. To the point my own wife had to stop me from going in and hurting the gm or manager. The food is a joke can't name the countless times I'd give my debit card to my wife to order food for us. And the order is missing items or made horribly. If you try to complain to em about a bad order they give the excuse wasn't the manager on shift you need to come back when they're their to ignore it and not deal with it. The bathrooms store etc is dirty as hell i wouldn't trust it. 10/10 i recommend you do not put money into this location they don't deserve it. Go to the 48th and L location instead

Very filthy establishment. Not sure they do much cleaning at all. Bathrooms smelled of urine and human feces on toilet. Disgusting!!! Service was good.

The food was the worst I have ever had from taco bell. My chalupa shell was like raw dough and the meat was cold with a ton of lettuce that was probably a week old. Just gross.
If I could give the employee that gave me my food a half of star, I would. The half of star would be because he showed up for work.. This guy must have been having a bad day because he was probably the rudest employee I have ever delt with. I can't believe they are able to stay open with that trash they call food & employee s that should not ever work with the public. Negative - 3 stars

Very great service and I love their craving box more than enough to fill you up and have a little left over for a snack later on service is always great and food quality is always hot 0 very professional and friendly right off the interstate very convenient

Rude employees that don’t know what’s posted on the menu. Will argue with you that and item “doesn’t exist” - despite it clearly appearing on the menu. They will cut you off to disagree with you.

After driving another 6 mins to a different better Taco Bell, and was able to get the item.

I will never go to this Taco Bell again.

Is rhere was a mega negative star I will give the store that star the manager on duty, slammed my hand in the drive-through window to the point where my acrylic nails popped off worst employee that claimed to be manager
