I worked here 2 years ago, ate here before and after. Order has been wrong nearly 70% of the time I ordered in previous years, I stopped bothering with the location. Must have a new manager on board or something, got me in at a 1o'clock rush in the drive through, was very nice & professional, and for the first time in a long time at that location; my order was accurate!

My wife went through around 8 pm Sunday night and had some creepy old man making multiple inappropriate comments to her. This really angers me and he made her feel uncomfortable. This is NOT cool!

I forget the guy's name,that helped me. but we shared in the fact of having odd names given to us being the first born children & siblings having normal names. He has helped me many times in store while short staffed, busy and during remodeling & he had always been kind. He was more than patient when I was indecisive, i know shocker.But I hadn't eaten much since having Covid. Nothing sounded good or I just wasn't hungry. I was wanting something familiar so I gave it a try. While I waited to make up my mind, he was also multitasking, running the drive thru. He never once had an attitude, nor expressed annoyance with me nor the drive thru customers. And I know "that's his job" but when you've worked in food, you know those feelings, and 75% of the time, youre treated like crap. So it's always a nice reminder that the person helping you, treats you like you matter, and is grateful you've given him the same respect. I know his name started with a D and it was like 730pm when we stopped there a week ago.

Ive been to every taco bell in Omaha to check out the restaurant serving size for their nacho fries and notice that there are small fries and large fries are no different when you order a large fry they still give you a small fry amount this is how they rip you off and take more money from you without giving you what you paid

So the cashier will charge you full price for a drink during happy hour and say the manager told him to do so, if you dont purchase food with it...After speaking with the manager, he said guy is lying. Either way someone is pocketing a lot of money. There is a Hispanic lady works works drive thru who does the same thing!!! Watch ya receipts & contact corporate offices, like I did.

When I went into Taco Bell (48th & L in Omaha, Ne)....1st-- when I had ordered from T. B. I had received BAD service. 2nd--- When I got home & got my food out I discovered all of what I ordered & payed for wasn't there. 3rd---When I went back to confront them (with receipt) they did give me my food BUT it looked as if a baby had made it. "And they probably would have done a better job". I would NOT be going back to THAT location.

My hubby went to pick up 12 packs of tacos got a couple 12 packs and some dessert the drive-thru was long so he went in and was asked if he could wait till some of the drive-thru got through so it took him awhile to get back tacos were good but there's getting real lack of much in them and the price just keeps going up everywhere all in all pretty good
