Went to pick up my mobile order just after 9am and a lady walking in shouted we’re not open yet. I looked at their store hours on the door and said you’re late. They open at 8 AM to 3 AM. She then said we’re still not open. These are the workers that want $20+ dollars an hour. Can’t even show up on time.

The place is filthy, everything is sticky. The employee's do not care if the order is correct or not, I watched 4 different people point out that their order was incorrect from what was on the ticket.

Went to the drive through earlier around 4:45 PM... awful service.... I was in the drive through for maybe 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. ...The cashier did not even say sorry for the long wait. Awful service today!!

Don't believe the pricing fastfood has become expensive and the ratings being 1-10$ mostly is crap your spending at most 10$ on yourself without tax included

I usually always have a good experience here. Most of the time, we order for pickup since it's easier and there's better deals. Breakfast is yummy. Food is always hot, good deals.
Kid-friendliness: Most of not all of their food is kid friendly, so it's pretty easy to order for kids. I still wish they would bring back kids' meals, lol.
Man I went to enjoy some good ole taco bell for the game and then I get home and there wasn't a single sauce packet anywhere to be found, if you know taco bell like I know taco bell, granted I'm from Michigan, they fill you up with sauce packets, so ya boy is sad with this experience
Evidently, they were short of staff today. The dining area looked like a tornado had torn the place apart.
