Order was not delivered, they said it was handed out to someone, and refused to honor the order when we came to the location to pick it up. The manager was very rude to us as well when we inquired why they would not give us our order

Got the nacho bell grande and there was hardly and toppings to cover my chips and didn’t even get tomato. Got the new chicken nuggets and they were burnt. Wouldn’t waste my time there.

Ordered two tacos and asked for no lettuce… got them and they both had lettuce. Went in to get new ones, had to wait 15 minutes for them and THEY BOTH HAVE LETTUCE ON THEM. It’s not that difficult!

Employees lie and tell you they are out of food, because it's too late for them to actually work or do anything substantial! They close at 230 if you show up at 130 you will not be served! Manager told me over the phone it's because short staffed not lack of food! As a company the left hand should talk to the right hand and coordinate!

Went to get food before work tonight and I sat in the drive thru for fifteen minutes. The cashier working drive thru made eye contact with me holding my card and walked away playing on their phone and didn’t come to the window until my food was done five minutes later and made an “oh crap” face when they saw me again. They apologized when they came back to the window and said they’re understaffed and I can understand being behind but blatantly ignoring your station to chat up your coworkers or play on your phone is beyond me. Food tasted fine because the line cooks were actually doing their job.
