We ordered a delivery from this location, and they didn’t give us one of the burritos, when we called back the person on the phone argued that she put the burrito in the bag and had an attitude. If the customer calls saying you didn’t put something in there you don’t argue acting like you did something you didn’t. I have worked the food industry they tell you all the time the customer is always right, sometimes they aren’t necessarily right, but when we called saying we didn’t get the one thing out of the 4 we ordered maybe don’t catch an attitude and lie to the customers.

They messed up my order completely. When I was trying to call the store. They kept hanging up on me. Finally got through after 15 times calling. I asked for a refund and she said she doesn’t know how. I asked to speak to a manager. She was the manager!!!! This is ridiculous she told me to call in the morning when another manager was there. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

There's a few times now in the past month that my order has been wrong at this specific location. After today, when I was trying to correct the employee in the drive through window about my drink size, he argued with me and didn't upgrade my drink like I had asked him to. I didn't catch that he didn't upgrade my drink after I ordered, and when I tried to correct the size I was then faced with an argument. Once I got home, I discovered that some of my order was not my order... I'm wishing I would have gone to a different location where I could have gotten my preferred drink, and the correct items.

Food was good, they did forget our sauces. We placed the order on pick up and I am sure it was that they were short staffed but the doors were locked so you had to pick up through the drive thru, which was not convienent after a day of road tripping. Overall great, but if there is a way to toggle off inside pick up that would be helpful

went to this location at 9pm. ordered the chicken nugget meals. they were out of fries and the original drinks we wanted. they offered us substitutes, we ended up not getting one of them and than both of our chicken nuggets were burnt, very disappointed. we also ordered Mexican pizza it wasn't made right it tasted like flour and refried beans no sauce. It wasn't worth 26 dollars. We won't be returning to this location.

This location routinely misses items. They just don't seem to care to make sure your order is correct before handing it to you. I live near so I go here, but they suck at what they do.

This store no longer offers the 5$ box, and THE 4 OTHER tbells around them do. I think yall can do that math and realize it’s not worth going to this store when I can save 5$ by going to any other Tbell in town. Definitely disappointed this one store doesn’t offer Taco Bell’s most commonly sold online item since they have amazing customer service and are very fast.

Update 9/29/24: I was looking forward to tryingthe chicken catina bowl. The chicken was overcooked. It was like chicken mash, like it was sitting in a pan on the steam table for hours. ?The other ingredients were fresh. STAFF was pleasant but difficult to hear over the drive thru speaker.
