No other cars in drive thru. Simple order. 2 soft tacos no lettuce.
2 beef chalupas combo
Hot sauce
Was told to pull around to lot.
Get home and no hit sauce in bag. Or any other sauce.
And before you say we should check bag , no we should not have to. It is thier job to make the order correct and timely. Should not have had pull into lot to wait for simple order

I stopped by to get a cup of coffee. Just a black cup of coffee. I get up to the window and it is already open. The three people working are talking about messing someone's order up. They don't acknowledge me for at least 2 minutes. I can see the black coffee sitting there the entire time. Finally, they decide to ring me out. They hand me the coffee in a plastic soda cup that is obviously not made for hot drinks. I assume it must be an iced coffee. Wrong. It was a hot cup of coffee in a plastic soda cup. I threw it out. Could not have had a worse experience.

We p pulled into the parking lot at 10:20 p.m. and noticed that the drive-thru line had about 8 or 9 cars in it so we decided to go inside and order. At 10:55 p.m. my boyfriend went up to the counter to ask if our order was ready yet and the manager asked the name and couldn't find the order and started yelling saying if you were outside then you wouldn't be able to get your order at which made no sense because we had been sitting at the table by the registers from the time we had put our order in..!!!!! Then she proceeded to yell about having four pages of doordash orders that needed to be filled and kept saying that they had priority ahead of all our orders. After waiting for an hour we went ahead and left and there were several other people who hadn't had their orders started either. We left after an hour with our order not even being started. And the entire time we were there I never saw one order go out and be filled. The line of doordash drivers was incredible also. The manager literally just stood there yelling at her employees and at the customers while looking at a stack of papers looking through these papers I imagine they were the orders. I did not see her assist them in making any of the orders are filling them just yelling that it needed to be done.. worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell in my entire life. Very disappointing I'm not one to try to get somebody fired from their job but this lady needs a different career choice because this was the most horrible experience I've ever had with this she was not getting anything accomplished I don't even understand how this restaurant is still open the way it was running. As I'm looking at the other comments I'm seeing I'm not the only one that has this opinion or has had this experience apparently this is a common occurrence at this Taco Bell!! Something really needs to be done
