The puff tacos were AMAZING. I got the steak taco and the shrimp taco, both amazing, really really enjoyed the shrimp taco. Also shared a prickly pear and lime pitcher, also very good!
Hubby and me were in the mood for tacos and after searching for a new spot we haven’t tried and taking forever to make a decision we landed on Taco Co.

We both had Birria tacos, I also had a black bean taco and my husband had a barbacoa taco. We also shared the elote esquites (best ever… I could have eaten an entire bowl of this).
The tacos were super good, and not greasy at all considering the shells...

We LOVE Taco Co! The food is fantastic, but honestly we come back for the staff. Our favorite server, Abby, is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She anticipates our needs without being intrusive and makes great recommendations. We have also gotten to know the manager, Ashley, who keeps the restaurant running like a well oiled machine. You can’t go wrong with Taco Co, especially with their signature puffy tacos.
