I asked for potato tots without salt. That’s what I got except there was a lot of grease in the bottom of the cup. So much that it ruined the bottom layer of potatoes and leaked into the food bag and my table. Our churros were good but weren’t fresh. The other food was good!

This location had very poor service. Wait time to order was too long. One person actually preparing the order while the other 2 did nothing but look at their phones. Taco shells were cracked. I didn't order nachos, I ordered a taco.

The Taco Bravo is still my favorite. The workers were nice, but they were blatantly eating behind the line. I mean baaad. Like looking directly at me while popping oles right into their mouths bad. Looking on the bright side, you know it's prepared correctly if the workers are eating it!!

I used to love Taco John's, but I have gone twice in the last 1.5 months hoping that the 2nd time would be better than the 1st. The portion sizes has significantly decreased and the price has gone up, I was told corporate advised of lower portion sizes now. I had ordered the super burrito, it had very few ingredients and was small as a cheesy roll up from the competitor. My order was messed up the 2nd time I went but not even worth complaining about, not sure I will be going back.

Workers need to take a burrito rolling class. I got my burrito and most of the ingredients fell out when I pulled it out of my bag. Like come on how do you not fully wrap a burrito

Is it a prerequisite to smell strongly of weed to work here? 🤔 They couldn't get an order right the first time to save their soul (maybe it's the ZaZa). We gave this place a second chance because I like TJ's food when it is hot, but there won't be a third.

Ordering AI is crap. Also now charging for tomatoes and sour cream on a taco salad without asking if wanted. They used to be free. Lettuce is soggy and it's hit and miss on the freshness of the shells. Complain to the store and they blame corporate. Call corporate and they say they will refer the complaint to the store. Been going to various locations for +40 years. Maybe just need to be DONE.

Eaten here for many years. Came through drive thru tonight and had the most pleasurable experience. The ai ordering got my order correct even after I changed multiple things. The man at the window was very friendly and was nice in answering all my weird questions about the new ai ordering system. Food was also very hot and fresh.

Taco Johns used to be soooooo good in the 80s and 90s. It's such a shame that they let themselves fall to such a point of mediocrity and even substandardness, at times. The tacos were small and barely warm. The meat has been changed, and it used to be better. The potato oles are still good. The service is just ok, but pretty fast. Wayyyyyyy too expensive!! 🙄

This was my first time ever eating here. I’m 34 years old. Lol I will say I was very surprised. It was way better than expected. 7pm dine in. Cashier was friendly, service was fast. The steak bowl Tasted very good and fresh.
