Never got my apple grande but yet she asked three times if I wanted hot cause . Went thru drive thru , al the way home and my order was short as usual , every time . I’m so done with this place

On my way home from picking kids up from school and decided to stop and get them some potato ole’. First off I could tell the young lady on the microphone did not want to be at work because she had an attitude and acted like she was in a rush! Anyway I clearly ask her for extra dipping cheese for each potato ole that I purchased then I was asked to move to the front of the building though there weren’t any other cars in line so I did. Now they bring me the order and there’s no extra cheese so now I had to wait to receive missing items?! So now I have to go inside and there’s an older woman saying that I didn’t pay for extra, like because “young miss attitude” at the window doesn’t want to be here give her the right to get orders wrong? So now I have to run back to get more money smh! They ended up seeing my frustration and gave them to me for free. Smh Now I’m an owner of a business as well and I’d have to say to very much make sure whoever you have on drive-thru has a great disposition because it could mean the difference between repeat business or not!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Though my oldest is fourteen and the door wasn’t that far, I had to still get out to rectify the situation! Not cool…!! Bad attitudes cost!!!

honeslty I went to use the restroom, it was one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen. it smelled great, toilet paper stocked, hand towels was stocked, soap stocked, floor not sticky, very organized

I've only had one less than okay experience, but with that being said it was was only one employee who was working the drive through. I so appreciate this location and 99% of the time they are the most friendly people you will ever encounter. I have food allergies and this Taco John's at this location is one of only two places I can eat out safely. I have never gotten sick from cross contamination from eating the food they prepared. I have had a reaction from different locations.
