Stopped by on a Sunday morning to grab a quick bite and was very pleased with the service. Our sever Simon was courteous when taking our order and the potatoes were not oily like other similar places. I’m never disappointed when I come here. Keep it up!

I was there at 5pm yesterday and I ordered the 7 dollar meal deal. This nice young lady with medium black hair was so sweet towards me while I ordered but then a little boy named Joshmar I think was being rude to me and saying why a Mexican would go to taco John’s if it’s not even authentic Mexican food, like excuse me I was just trying to enjoy my food, then I proceed to tell him that it’s good and he kept calling me a fake Hispanic and calling me slurs. I was really offended for what he said and I tired complaining to another worker, his name was Jacob, he also ended up offending me too, I was really sad and felt really attacked. The management there needs to take responsibility for the actions of there workers. Be grateful I didn’t sue because I was thinking of the others who go there to work and do their job, unlike some people. People on the internet don’t go here because there will be little boys ruining your dinner acting all tuff when in reality they are all chickens.

Went thru drive thru yesterday and ordered 2 hard shell tacos and got back to work and my tacos didn't have any lettuce on them AND the worst part the whole bottom of both of my tacos was cracked all the way across the whole shell. Is that what you do give the drive thru customers the broken shells cuz it's happened to me more than once so I finally decided to complain !!!

I did leave a previous 2 star review in 2019, but after going tonight and trying again after a few years I had probably some of the BEST customer service ive ever received at a fast food joint. Ryan was kind, explained everything very thorough and we had a few modifications and things were great :) Ryan definitely made us want to come back again soon! Im so happy to see one of my previous fave food spots turn it around ! :D Thank you for the friendly service and great food tonight!
Stopped in about 4:30 on a Friday. It was quite busy for 1 person working. He was very polite and did a great job of covering the lobby and drive through. He checked on clients to see how everything was with their food. Very pleased with this gentleman.

Went to Taco John's on 54th and L. We put in an online pickup order and when finished, it said our order would be ready at 8:04pm. We arrived at 8:15pm and when my wife and I went in to get the order. The woman at the counter was very rude and asked her if we had checked in. We told her we had a pickup order we completed online and said it was ready. Well, it wasn't, so not only did we wait an additional 20 mins for our order, the staff was speaking very rudely in Spanish about all the customers. Also drive thru customers were having thier orders filled before ours. The manager was very rude and his sanitation habits were disgusting. Did not wear gloves and put his hands in the middle of a batch of chicken tenders after handling trash. There was only 3 crew members working on a Friday night. Our food was made sloppy and not hot at all. Do everyone a favor, if you can't have enough staff to fill orders on time and all your employees are rude....CLOSE THE LOCATION!! Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they're fake and/or deceptive, written by employees or friends and family to keep their rating up. Just wrong!!
