Went to Taco John's on 54th and L. We put in an online pickup order and when finished, it said our order would be ready at 8:04pm. We arrived at 8:15pm and when my wife and I went in to get the order. The woman at the counter was very rude and asked her if we had checked in. We told her we had a pickup order we completed online and said it was ready. Well, it wasn't, so not only did we wait an additional 20 mins for our order, the staff was speaking very rudely in Spanish about all the customers. Also drive thru customers were having thier orders filled before ours. The manager was very rude and his sanitation habits were disgusting. Did not wear gloves and put his hands in the middle of a batch of chicken tenders after handling trash. There was only 3 crew members working on a Friday night. Our food was made sloppy and not hot at all. Do everyone a favor, if you can't have enough staff to fill orders on time and all your employees are rude....CLOSE THE LOCATION!! Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they're fake and/or deceptive, written by employees or friends and family to keep their rating up. Just wrong!!

Made an order online. Took atleat 15- 20 min sitting and waiting for it. Food must have been sitting ready as long as i had been there waiting because it was barely warm and not fresh. I normally love taco Johns but this time it was not satisfactory.
Was quite dining in until the school kids overtook the lobby....management didn't seems to care....nobody ordered anything and was not a nice dining in experience atleast 20 kids hanging out smoking and foul language

Went through the drive through for lunch. Got home and noticed out cheese cups were only 1/2 full and it costs $1.49/container. So disappointing.

Please, by all means, AVOID this Taco John's! We ordered a four-cheese quesadilla, super burrito, and grilled chicken burrito. Quesadilla had basically no cheese, their chicken felt like chewing on a rubber tire, and ingredients are not evenly spread. Most importantly, the potato oles tasted like STRAIGHT SALT and nothing else. Plus, the employees sounded a bit snarky and didn't want to be there. Unfortunately, I had to throw away most of it and will not be coming back.
