I went in to make a purchase and the older lady behind the counter was extremely rude when I say older lady she was probably in her fifties or sixties. She was disrespectful and condescending towards me when I was trying to explain my order to her. This is not the first time she has been this way towards me. After today and her nasty attitude, I refuse to ever step foot in this location again. The rest of the staff is great. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointed my most recent visit as stopped over lunch break and ordered cheese quesadilla which was also on receipt but when brought back to work had chicken in it. Tried calling several times that day to notify but no one answers the phone. Needless to say had no lunch that day since I am vegetarian and wasted money. Probably will not go back.

This was a bad experience . I decided to revisit taco John's after being away for many years, we decided to order .it was delivered everything was fine except for the taco salad and a chicken quesadilla. The taco salad looks like it was dropped, kicked, it looked like someone left it half eaten and it was served to me it looks disgusting the quesadilla has a chunk of the tortilla missing, i don't want free food the taco salad just put everyone off their food

As soon as we walked in it was a bad atmosphere! The big blonde lady looked at us with a dirty look and said I'm going home. Kept giving us dirty looks the whole time we were ordering. She was leaning over a counter and playing on her phone mumbling the whole time. She seemed like she was very upset that she had to serve the customers that came in. Another thing is while we were in the restaurant eating all of the staff went outside leaving no one in the restaurant with us.

**Terrible Service at Taco John’s (1115 S Saddle Creek) – Avoid This Location!**
I stopped by this Taco John’s at **8:45 PM** after work and had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. The drive-thru worker, **Elizabeth M.** (check #5131), had a major attitude from the moment she took my order.
I clearly ordered a **#5 with crispy chicken**, but she gave me beef tacos instead. Then, my Potato Olés were **dripping with grease**—like they’d been dumped back in the fryer. I asked for a **large lemonade**, but she gave me a Pepsi. At this point, it felt intentional.
If **Elizabeth** doesn’t want to do her job properly, she shouldn’t be working drive-thru. The lack of care and disrespect was unbelievable. **Management needs to reprimand her**—this isn’t how customers should be treated.
I won’t be back unless things change. **Save your money and go somewhere else.**

I love their steak street tacos. And the Potatoe-ole!
Drive thru was packed but moving at a steady pace . When I ordered the person on the mic was hard to hear I had to tell her I’ll finish ordering at the window .I ordered 1 hard shell taco Xtra sour cream & recieved no Dour cream & a mountain of lettuce. I called the store the phone was answered by a lady who stated she didn’t make the taco but I can come back to get it remade . & my crispy chicken taco had a mountain on lettuce aswell and my sauce on it was in a glob in one spot . I’ll have to pass on Taco John’s next time or maybe this Location 👎🏽

Very terrible service I called today asking about an offer on there app an was rudely told the had no idea of offers on the app an made me order regular priced items yesterday only to find out it to be not true I will be contacting corporate on this matter

This is probably the fastest and most efficient Taco John’s we’ve ever been to. Visiting from Idaho where all of our TJ’s have now closed so was great to get to partake again with such great service!

I even came in to order, figuring that they wouldn't mess my order up, NOPE! Only got the cheese sauce correct in my order and when I tried to call and talk with them, wouldn't even answer the phone! They weren't even busy!! Stay away!! Drive an extra few minutes...
