Tacos were all mushy when I arrived home as the lettuce was really wet.
I understand needing to remodel but you really should close off half of the dining room or the entire dining room. You should for sure tell the painters to not stand on tables that people will be eating at.
For some reason..
you can't order via the app on 168th.
They are open,
The Drive Through @ 168th
is open and functioning, and they are fulfilling orders. The picture is a screenshot of the app..
you can't use the app to place your order
staff is an absolute joke never coming back
Way better than Taco Bell......
Good group of kids with great manners.
They were short staffed today due to weather but we still received by extremely polite and prompt service. The two workers were flying all over to cover the dining area and drive through. They were extremely apologetic for being short staffed and even still were able to get us and other patrons wonderful service. These two employees deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication! Wish I had caught their names to specifically thank them but they were far too busy for small talk.

Something is up with this taco John’s. I’m pregnant and have just been trying to get a bean burrito four times now and they give me someone else’s order! I just want a bean burrito. And they take forever to give me the wrong order….

Drive through lady this morning just started yelling at me for no reason
Woman working at morning drive-thru started yelling at us very suddenly because her mic cut out and we didn’t hear anything through the speaker. We said “hello?” Very calmly and she started yelling like we were stupid or like she had been talking the whole time. I do not care if you have a bad day or you are under paid. If a customer is kind to you and there is a misunderstanding, you absolutely do not start yelling. We were incredibly calm until she started yelling. My boyfriend remained calm while I started yelling that she absolutely cannot speak to someone that way. We rolled up to the window and asked if she normally yelled at customers and said “no, do you want the food or not” and when we asked again she refused service, so we left.
Chole is a worker who knows she's being underpaid, probably undervalued, and dealing with a staff shortage. Then Megan, I'm sure is the manager and I am sure she's probably being underpaid, and being overworked dramatically. They have been killing it!! Tace John or the franchise they work, if you paid your employees correctly, you wouldn't be having staffing problems and I'm sure your numbers would go up
