Absolutely terrible!! Waitress was inept- didn’t write down our order and consequently, our food wasn’t as ordered. Had to ask twice to even get lemon for my water. Told her no salt on the fries & tots for both our orders. Fries came with salt on both orders and mine was to have been tots. I told her right away that I had tots. So, she then takes my whole plate back to the kitchen instead of leaving me the sandwich, so I had to sit & wait because she was no where to be found. Then, returns & says the kitchen will have to recook the tots AGAIN because they salted them! I said that I could have been eating my sandwich at this time & she said “ I guess you’re right, I didn’t think of it, sorry.”
Wanted to purchase a gift card for a friend who frequents there ( I don’t know why) and was then told they were out of gift cards. Supposedly, sold 107 of them since 3 days ago! Strongly doubt that one, but whatever!
Waitress said they would give me a credit for the inconvenience, but when we received the bill, there was no credit. I asked about it & they credited the bill $2.00.
Bathroom was dirty and handicapped stall was out of order.
Heard waitress tell another customer that they couldn’t sit outside and be waited on because she was the only one on the floor. I guess the bartender, who was not all that busy, couldn’t help.🤷🏻♀️
Management needs to do improvements and training on customer service! Won’t be returning!!!!
The best part of our entire experience was that they played music we love! Otherwise, it was a 👎

Sitting at the bar Saturday night, your bartender Heather could not have been ruder to the other staff members if she tried. Additionally, why would you allow anyone to wear a sleeveless shirt and without a bra? Absolutely disgusting. Isn't against health code violation to have restaurant/bar staff to go sleeveless? I will be calling the Health Department. The rest of allowing another staff member to be rude is on you.

Ordered wings two timea this week .40 wings about $80 both times requested ranch..double requested the second time ..no ranch either time..this is like having a Lambo but never taking it to the car wash

The servers are lazy won't help customers make excuses for not helping customers. The manager asked me to leave after the staff wanted us to leave, manager was a an ass after the other employee asked him to make us leave. The food is as poor as the service we received. The bartender did not want to several customers drinks. The bartender stated you need to get your drinks from the person in the party room. The customer stated their was no one offering service in party room. I told the bartender you go the bar to get drinks and not to get sent away to wait for a drink or service up yo 40 min wait. They then proceeded at ask us to leave we offered to pay and the manager refuses payment. Poor management skills and the bartenders had lousy crappy attitude. I wouldn't spend money in a place were the staff will not help customer and when brought to attention made to leave.

The food is better here, the service is personal, and the TVs are ALL on the Huskers... If you are into those things.
Vegetarian options: You can oder a salad. That's about it.
Parking: Easy-peasy
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it and so will you. There is an arcade too.
A favorite for when I visit friends in West Omaha. Great bar for sports or anything you're after

Terrible - I asked the server what gluten free options they had and all she said was a salad. I asked a few questions, do you have shared fryer, are the nachos corn chip, etc.. Nacho should have been fine but the size will feed 4 and she was unwilling to make me a smaller size. Needless to say I did not order and watched my friend eat. I will NEVER go back. I have been to many sports bars and have always found multiple options. I am pretty easy and always find something to eat (which can be difficult with celiac) but this place did not care if I ate and not willing to accommodate. Do not recommend.

Chicken wings were amazing, hot beef was told really good. Shrimp tacos were very good the tortilla was very dry and stale only reason I gave a 4. Our waitress was good, friendly just a little distracted & not coming back to the table with silverware, napkins & drinks. But it was still good.
