Not gonna lie. This place is my number one top spot so far. Every dish I've tried has been nothing short of delicious. Beyond the culinary delights, the distinctive artwork on the walls truly gives out a throw back feeling. At least for me it does! Thank you for the great service!

They changed their entire menue and got rid of everything good or unique. Just another generic taco shop now. womp. Just go to Abalardos instead.

I placed an online carryout order and paid for 3 tacos, chips and salsa at 7:30 pm last night through the Mas Chingon website...and I didn't actually get this food in my hands until nearly an hour later.
The website showed the order would be ready by 7:55. I arrived at 8:05 and a staff member had no idea that I'd even placed the order. After eventually seeing it in their system, they asked if I'd be okay waiting and that it would come out quick. I agreed and they offered me a glass of water, but it took another 20-25 minutes until I eventually got the food around 8:25 or so. They did apologize for the delay and the food turned out very good.
I am just disappointed with the slow service. I think Mas Chingon can improve at recognizing when online orders are placed to avoid these unnecessary delays.

Awesome vibe, and Laura made our experience so celebratory/memorable/special. We could tell she really cared. Every marg we had was so delicious I couldn’t pick a fave. Will be back!!
This place is awesome! Obviously it's under new management, they have a new food and drink menu and the drinks are awesome! Definitely worth checking out. Their items are reasonably priced and the service was awesome. If you haven't been here for a while, its worth checking out again!

I never post reviews for food. That’s not me. However I do hope the owners see this. I was there last Friday with a group of friends. I order a drink and a water. The server never brought it. She only brought it until someone else mentioned I was waiting for my drinks. Food took forever but when it did come it was good. Missing some items including a side of rice I ordered. Maybe she forgot to put it in because when I brought it up again she’s like I’ll get it and never did. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but to have 1 server and 1 cook on a Friday especially Benson first Friday is mind blowing. The cook kept ringing the bell but the server was overwhelmed with the customers and making drinks. But also why is each taco coming in on separate plates? My friend ordered his food and it was just piling up to be collected. When we got the bill I asked to make sure the items we did not receive were not on the ticket. I cannot confirm because I didn’t pay the bill. I used to serve at restaurants and the only time there was 1 server was maybe during the week and 2-3 servers on the weekends. I hope management sees this and realizes they need two servers on Friday/Saturday. I will also be posting this on yelp.

We were excited to try his place. Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity. Waited 20 minutes for a menu. My husband and I ordered a beer. They were warm. Orders chips and salsa and 2 street tacos each. Waited for an hour. No food came to the table. Not even chips. Our waitress didn’t check on us other than to take our drink order. There were only 2 other tables when we were there. A 2 top and a 6 top. We ended up putting cash on the table for the beer and walked out. Horrible service. BTW, I have been a server. And I am not a complainer usually. Just was very disappointed here.
