I received muliple advertisements to come in for BOGO froyo for the “National Froyo Day.” When I checked out they did not honor the discount so I went back to ask if there was a reason they didn’t honor their advertised discount. Turns out they were instructed by management to ONLY offer the discount IF the customer brings it up. So you send me multiple ads on my phone & have a large sign up in the window, and STILL I am supposed to bring it up at the register? Should I climb behind the counter & ring it up myself as well ? It was very underhanded & bad business practice. If that’s the type of business you would like to run, I can no longer recommend your location. The workers were very friendly & accommodating, apparently management is the issue. Encouraging kids to be underhanded doesn’t set a good example. So much for Nebraska nice

Stopped into this location tonoght with my wife and was treated like complete crap from the moment we walked in. The worker was sitting eating with her friends and it was like we disrupted them. We got in line and the entire time we were there the workers friends were making jokes, commenting and laughing about us. And said to the worker “dont spit in this order” then looked at me and laughed. Super ignorant. The worker was smiling the entire time as if something was funny. Overall Not a good experience and would not go back or give them my money. There are other places to go.

Staff needs to work on better customer service. No one greeted us when we walked in. We had questions and the girl who took our order just sat there looking at the floor. The whole experience gave "You're wasting my time". We'll go to the council bluffs location next time.
