Stopped into this location tonoght with my wife and was treated like complete crap from the moment we walked in. The worker was sitting eating with her friends and it was like we disrupted them. We got in line and the entire time we were there the workers friends were making jokes, commenting and laughing about us. And said to the worker “dont spit in this order” then looked at me and laughed. Super ignorant. The worker was smiling the entire time as if something was funny. Overall Not a good experience and would not go back or give them my money. There are other places to go.

Staff needs to work on better customer service. No one greeted us when we walked in. We had questions and the girl who took our order just sat there looking at the floor. The whole experience gave "You're wasting my time". We'll go to the council bluffs location next time.

Walked in waited a full two minutes for the 2 girls in come up front. They were very nice. But this place could use a good cleaning. Yuck

The service at this location has improved overall lately (about a year ago it was bad), but tonight when my family and I were sitting in the lobby eating our ice cream, a group of young gals came in. Of them must work here because she jumped behind the counter to assemble her own parfait. I thought this was weird, a bit unhygienic, and probably against serve safe regulations (long hair, no hand washing, etc). The last few times I've stopped by we've had better luck, but it seems like they still have some things to address.

We ordered three different flavors and none were available. We were finally told only hand scoop flavors were available. wasted trip!
We take our granddaughter to First watch for lunch. First watch doesn't have dessert so we take her here--which is literally around the corner. We have never been disappointed with the frozen yogurt.

The name says it ALL!!! In my opinion it is definitely the country’s best yogurt!! Very friendly and helpful staff!! This is by far my favorite dessert establishment!!

I've been here twice the first time we went in and ate. It was clean and quiet and the staff was nice. They did fail to tell my 10 year old son that each topping cost money, and he got every one of them. The frozen treats were delicious, tho. The second time, we went through the driver thru. I tried a different flavor, and it did taste slightly freezer burned. So it seems to be a hit or miss on the frozen treats. But it's still a fun place to be.

Not what it used to be. No fresh fruit it’s runny once frozen fruit, 1/2 the amount of toppings there used to be to choose from, you cannot serve yourself. Very disappointing!
