Ted & Wally's Ultra-Premium Ice Cream

Really, really good texture and flavor. I really loved the lemon and salty Susie. Yum!

Stopped by on a hot day for some cool eats. Ted and Wally’s Ice hit the spot.

The store was busy but the girls at the counter were serving excellent customer service and smiles, which made the wait worth it.

Just went in into here for the first time and it was very unwelcoming got dirty looks from the boy who was working he was very unhelpful. Brushed it off girlfriend ordered a shake kid was eating his ice cream and as we’re paying she realized he made us a malt instead (we don’t like that malt powder they use) n he literally argued with my girlfriend, me and his freaking coworker about remaking it screaming about how he didn’t put malt powder when we can taste it lmao I eventually got his coworker to remake it. All I know is that little boy needs fired and needs to learn customer service cause that was the most ridiculous thing that has happened to me all year. If I could negative star I would

Hands down, the creamiest! My wife had the Red Bull Pomegranate Sorbet, Orange-tang, Vanilla Bean. She loved it!!! I had the Candy Apple Carmel. Meh. It wasn’t very candy, apple, or Carmel. It was creamy. Will cone again. An Omaha classics.

The ice cream is hand-made, the old-fashioned way. My family enjoyed the ice cream 🍦 😋 very much

This complaint is because the new employees do not know how to differentiate the different chocolate flavor ice creams... I ordered Dutch chocolate and they served me another flavor of chocolate... I came back and they refused to change it... and my ice cream ended up in their container. garbage... I will not return to that place again... very bad service.

I think it's a law, you have to stop and visit Ted and Wally's every time you visit Omaha. LOL 😉 Always deliciously creative flavors.

The vanilla bean was fantastic! This old-fashioned ice cream is worth every calorie 😍 the service was fast, even when they had a line out the door-- if that doesn't tell you how good it is, I'm not sure what will. This is an old Market staple, especially on a hot summer day

The long lines are an indication to stop here! It moves super fast and was worth the wait. They serve mountain freezer made ice cream that is absolutely delicious with great prices. Servers were very knowledgeable with helping me pick gluten free options (celiac). Would absolutely stop here again.
