The food was delicious and ready in no time at all. Server Ryan was awesome. He came back and checked on us several times, although it was a busy Saturday. Thanks, Texas Roadhouse. We’ll be back!!

Stopped in for some lunch with a friend. Jacob was our server, he did an excellent job, very personable, quality service hands down. My friend and I both enjoyed sirloins, both were excellent. As a chef myself for 30+ years, I was very pleased with the overall flavor, great char flavor that made me feel like a old time cookout with my family. Cooked to perfection, I want another one. Baked potato was stuffed with all the goodies, and was still steaming until I was done. I also enjoyed the green beans. I have been to every TRH in the area, best I ever had, so much flavor. Hats off to you guys, by far one of the best meals I have had in a while.

I did takeout tonight. They were extremely busy, proms are tonight. I was quoted a time and I checked on my order 35-40 minutes after my promised time, order would be be ready within 5-10 minutes. No biggie, had a great time talking with customers waiting for tables so time was going by fast. The manager in the take out area was AMAZING and so sweet and kind, as were the rest of the staff in that area. I didn’t catch her name, but you ROCK! And thank you for my meal.

We all know the rolls are top notch at any Texas Roadhouse but if you’re looking for a dinner spot in Omaha maybe try elsewhere or a small business apart from bread rolls the entrees, desserts, and drinks are mediocre at best :( service can be hot or miss as well.

Called and was put on a wait list for ,10 people, instead of them telling us they could not accommodate 10 we were spilt amongst 2 booths which spliting the family. Do not go here with large groups they cannot accommodate for larger parties. Comfortably can seat 4.Great steak !

I was disappointed in my experience the last few times I've gone. My family and I have been going to TRH for years! Used to be a favorite to spend birthdays and just quality time. They have gone downhill these last few years.
The most recent time, we walked in. Have all but 1 person in our party, who was less than 5 min away. We showed up about 430-445 to beat the rush. This is the first time EVER they have made us "wait until your whole party was here" before you would be seated. So, we went to stand on one of the numbers waiting for our last person-where 3 other parties did the exact same thing. We were told we were not allowed to stand there. When we asked for clarification, the hostes was very rude and told us "that is the rule and to just follow it."
We stepped back. At this point, a rush of people came through the door, probably about 5 or 6 groups. Coincidentally, the elderly member of our party showed up-our final member. So, we went and stood on a number since our whole party was there. The hostes became flustered and rude and called a manager. We told the manager the whole situation and that our final member was there. She told us we needed to wait in line behind all.of the other groups that had just arrived. We were, understandably, upset that we would have had to wait a significantly longer amount of time. We pushed back a little (respectfully) stating how irritating and frustrating the whole situation was, and the manager blew us off. She said, just wait until you last party member is here and we can seat you. Again, we reiterated that our whole party was here!
Give it another 15 min before we were seated. The waitress asked if we were waiting on another guest and we were baffled. She explained that the party number was 6, when we only had 5 guests. We explained to her what happened and even she was shocked! She said she has never heard of that rule before and they seat her section all the time when the whole party is not there.
Once we were seated, the service was a little slow. That is to be expected with how busy it was. But, they were rushing us the moment we got our food. The waitress was very apologetic and told us her managers make them rush tables to get the turnover of guests.

Texas roadhous use to be a preferred establishment. However, I would rather go to Longhorn or Firebirds and pay a little more for better quality service. Texas roadhouse does NOT care about their customer. They care about the money and how fast they can turnover customers. Not to mention, it was one of our party member's birthdays (yes, we told the waitress) and nothing was done for her.
Needless to say, we will probably not be going back.

Kid-friendliness: Was not offered any kind of kid menu or coloring sheet.

Great place to have a good diner. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from classic burgers to delicious vegetarian dishes. The milkshakes are a must-try, and the dessert selection is perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Whether you're dining solo or with friends, it’s the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a satisfying meal. The prices are reasonable, making it accessible for everyone. Don't forget to check out the daily specials for some unique flavors!

Good place to get a steak or ribs. My wife said the chicken fried steak was a bit too salty for her but other than that the food was good and service was great.

If you order a steak for take out you better check it before you leave. We have ordered multiple times and they are always super rare when ordered medium. I'm talking not even a boarder of brown on the edges. We even tried ordering medium/well to see if they would cook it longer and it was still pretty much raw. We usually just throw them on our own grill for a few more minutes since it's a 20 minute drive to go back. This last time my husband decided to go back and talk the manager. He was just told he had "bad luck" cause that usually doesn't happen and was asked "why would you want your steak medium/well?" We have had this happen 3 times so I'm sure it's not just "bad luck". Plus what manager blames the customer for an undercooked steak? They have also forgotten 1 of our sides twice. A separate time they gave our food to the wrong customer and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to make ours again. The quality and flavor is always good which is why we keep going back but the execution and customer service is horrible.
