Staff is rude. After having problems with card readers on games/rides and asking an Employee I was told “there are tips and tricks for them and most of them don’t work. You should’ve asked somebody.” after approaching the front desk multiple times to ask for said help and no one was available. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be returning.

They have nice party rooms you can reserve and the kids love the arcade/rides. The food is not great and the buffet tends to be a disorganized traffic jam.

Took my 3 year old nephew and 7 year old niece. My nephew rode the go karts with his dad first thing when we got there. You see, my husband, his uncle is a racecar driver. His dad is a drift car driver and race car driver. This kid lives and breathes racing. Now also something I must mention. Minimum height is 48” to ride. My nephew is exactly 48”. First go kart operator- no problem. My nephew loved it. We went and ate and were going back for more go karts. My nephew was denied by the boy running the second time. What you don’t know is that we were going there because his parents were going to book a party here for him! You lost all of our business and will not be back. The go kart operator was extremely unprofessional. And had zero customer service. We talked to the manager and basically nothing happened. She told us that he’s right on the line so he can ride. But understands why the second guy didn’t let him. But he’s tall enough and nothing was done to tell them we could ride. Basically nothing. The customer service is non existent. You lost all our business and we will be posting on our business page for all to see!

What's my first time taking my daughter here and I had no idea it was going to cost $90 just to get her to play some games... We ate before we came because all we wanted to do was play games and apparently that's not an option at this place. And just to come in with my daughter they force you to pay for a buffet. I was planning on late paying for my daughter to eat food because none of this stuff here is appetizing to me. On another side note, my daughter's only 4 years old and she can barely ride any of the rides but it's cheaper to buy the package with all of the rides, that she can't even ride than it is to just buy games for her to play..

Half the card scanners will work sometimes and other times not. It honestly is very frustrating such as the walking dead game I couldn't revive myself because the card scanner stopped working for two different cards.

Very Disappointed. I would rather go to Pizza Ranch with my kids. The Go Kart attendant didn't allow my daughter whom is 9 and 54 inches, but did allow a boy whom was 2 inches shorter than her ride and this was consistent with several boys. The games were often broken and were classic scam games when earning tickets was involved. The food was mediocre at best. Seriously Pizza Ranch is better. The only attraction we did enjoy was Laser Tag. So Disappointed. Save your money and go to Pizza Ranch or Dave and Busters.

Half of the arcade games did not even work do not recommend this place to anyone and the bumper cars wasn’t even attended at all unless a line of people would form otherwise they ignore you also may I add you HAVE to pay the buffet regardless you eat or not my husband and I just wanted to take our boys to play but still had to pay an entrance lol which was the buffet fee for each
The food was just ok, I liked that it seemed freshly made and everything was stocked up but it didn’t taste great and the dessert options were minimal. The prices made me feel like I was at an amusement park without the amusement park environment. We never really waited in a line for a game except the bumper cars and go karts but the games required so many swipe attempts before we could get anything to work, a way they can rip customers off by thinking they are getting the actual amount of time to play unlimited but we spent more time trying to get the card to work than playing any of the games. It smelled dirty in there and it was way too warm. I will give a kudos out to the table bussers, they always came out right away to make sure a table got cleaned off quickly and ready for the next customers. We won’t be back here.

I HATE that they force you to buy that stupid buffet. Even if you go late, after the buffet is closed, they force everyone in your group to buy a "package" (it's not food related)- even if you aren't - playing games and will only watch your children play!
