I cannot give a review for the new one they opened on oakmont so I picked the closest one. First time trying it and it did NOT disappoint. Very nice balance of everything. And the ladies was super nice. I would recommend it to anyone. *picture is 24 Oz iced vanilla latte with cold foam*

Very slow to get coffee... I get coffee nearly daily at this location and it's always a forever situation regardless if there is no one in line or several in line. The coffee used to be really good but in the past year it's been quite average. I always have to stir it after they make it, as if they forget this step... then I can taste some flavor. And don't even ask for whip cream, they never remember to put it on the drinks. I do recommend going to the gretna 204th location!, though the prices are different for some reason, I order same thing everytime and gretna location is .50 cents higher but they are quick and it always tastes good.

They gave me the wrong milk so I had to throw it away. I tried to call but of course there is no phone number anywhere onlin. I wont be returning to somewhere with such dreadful customer service. 1 star because I couldn't sumbit with no stars!

I always get the Frozen Mocha with oat milk and it is always flame. 🔥 The baristas are always really nice to me too. My only complaint is that each location is a whole roadtrip away from my house. A location in Aksarben or Midtown would be so nice, but I guess it is what it is.

Ordered 4 drinks -none of them had espresso. Drove back with all four drinks and barista was immediately defensive off the bat. She then didn’t offer to remake the drinks just added burnt espresso to all four drinks. Typically I love coming here, but am very disappointed in the service and treatment I received when I went back and tried to get coffee. Will now be referring all patients to Hardy’s coffee.

First time trying this place. Coffee was ok. The thing that really impressed me was that they have a gluten free bagel. Not many Coffee places offer gluten free food, so I had to try it. To my disappointment it was in an already opened package and was frozen with ice crystals still on it. I could understand if it was just cold, but frozen? Not sure if I will be returning if this is considered normal service. If this is the level of detail they use for food, I'm a little scared on what passes for their drinks.
