After stopping at a not-so-great restaurant, I needed a palate cleanser. I began searching for a good local bar or restaurant in the area and stumbled upon a local couple who suggested Berry & Rye. I’m thankful they did, or I would have likely called it a night. I tried their Old Fashioned and Yukon Gold cocktails, and both were pretty good! Once I sat down, an individual, I believe was the owner, started talking to me. He shared stories and vast knowledge about different distilleries across the Midwest. Such experiences are rare in larger cities and made my first few hours in Omaha a little sweeter.

What a chic cocktail bar in old town Omaha, husband and I stopped in and each tried a few drinks and they were flavorful, creative, and unique. The ambiance was great as was our bartender, absolutely recommend!

May 3rd, 2025 So happy we chose here for our after dinner spot for the night. What a beautiful lounge with comfortable seating, fabulous cocktails (ordered the Lavender Blue & Yukon Gold), good music. Very classy yet not stuffy, it’s very enjoyable to just hangout here all night. I recommend you’ll thank me 🥰

Stopped in while in town visiting the in-laws and needing to kill some time while the family was busy. Had a pair of house drinks and they were absolutely delightful. 10/10 on presentation, taste, atmosphere, and staff.

No food, just cocktails, but it was just what I was hoping for when I came in. A craft cocktail bar with a great decorative theme and relaxed, chill vibe, and of course the cocktails did not disappoint. I had a cocktail called the Venom, which was nice change of pace and contained some complex notes complementing the bourbon. Spherical clear ice is a nice touch, little things like that elevate the drink, and the experience. Great place to go for drinks!

Great cocktail bar in Omaha. Luke is an excellent bartender and everyone was welcoming. Would definitely come back. We struggled to find the place at first but soon discovered the entrance is on Howard Street.

We went a couple of months ago and had a great experience, but we went last night and had a not-so-great one. We got there around 9 pm and sat down. The waitress came by to offer us water and said she’d be back to take our drink order. We waited over 30 minutes (from 9 pm to 9:36 pm) for her to come back and she never did. It seems like they were understaffed, but all the tables around us only had water too, no matter if they got there before or after us. We were disappointed!
