One of the most fun experiences I have had at a coffee shop in a while! They have an extensive library of pour-over options, carrying incredible coffees from roasters such as Black & White Coffee Roasters, Onyx, and Archetype (local).
If you want to nerd out over a great cup of coffee in a unique space, then Astute should be on your short list of shops to try in Omaha. Plus, by getting your caffeine fix, you are helping support their mission as a nonprofit!

Incredible coffee, amazing people. What an absolute gem of a place! I found this place kind of by chance, as I'm in town visiting family and stopped by to do a little work. The pour over coffee was one of the best I've ever had. The building is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. I ended up having a super lovely conversation with the owner about their work, and you can really tell that the people here love what they're doing. I'm so so happy to have found this place and support their mission.

Came here with a few friends to try out some of their pour over options. They had such a wide selection to choose from and the people working here are wonderful, they let smell a few of the beans since we were undecided on what to get. I loved the presentation and taste when the coffee came out. The vibes inside are wonderful as it’s a perfect place to catch up with a friend.

I appreciate the repurposing of the space to the coffee shop as opposed to tearing down the original structure for a tower or parking lot. Astute has a great thing going and you should join them!
