This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.
We stayed twice in the last two weeks when driving through Omaha. Location is great, parking is easy and only $15, and the staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are very large and perfectly equipped (for the price). The only complaint is that the beds are absolutely terrible. Soft and with a slope down to the middle and very "chiropracter friendly". (meaning if you have a bad back, it'll be worse after this) Bistro is OK because it has starbucks coffee and quick service but the food is nothing special.
Plans changed and as a Marriott Gold Member, would expect some help from the staff. Needed to cancel and stay in another Mariott property 90 min away so I didn't have to get up at 4:00 AM. The manager says....Nothing I can do. ??!!! She was nice but unbelievably frustrating. I guess I'll have to stay there, get up in the middle of teh night so they can make $150 on my pain.
Location was great for our purposes, but the bed wasn't comfortable and street noise and noise from adjacent rooms were an issue. The only on-property dining option was the bistro downstairs, which had limited options for breakfast the day we were because they didn't have a cook. Half-hearted housekeeping every other day along with worn linens led to a feeling of a lack of concern for guest comfort. I choose the property because it was a Marriott, but I don't feel like we had a Marriott experience. When I return to Omaha, I'll look for different accommodations.
A great overnight stop in Omaha with walking access to the wonderful market area nearby. A terrific selection of dining options and some lovely public spaces to enjoy downtown. Rooms are nicely appointed and modern.
This hotel is in a great location where you can walk to a lot of what downtown Omaha has to offer. The bed in our room was very comfortable. Parking was an ease. Some of the furnishings in the room are really starting to show some wear which is something they may want to address. I would stay here again though.
Room was WARM and took forever to cool down, and I will never understand hotels that charge additional fees for parking for their guests in the hotel lot. Particularly given we were only there for a few hours (flew out early a.m.) so we weren't even there 10 hours! A bit ridiculous in my opinion. Unexpected two level room - steps up to the bed, bathroom lower. Was a little odd but worked out fine. Convenient location with quick access to restaurants, less than 10 minute drive to the airport.
The location of this hotel being so close to the riverfront and old market is very convenient for a stay in Omaha. There is plenty of parking, although they do charge $15 per night. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very good.
Our room was spotless and quite comfortable. The large window gave a lovely view of the city. This building was originally a creamery, thanks to Taylor at the front desk we we pointed towards the original grand staircase and entry. Location is good for exploring downtown, and walkable for the pedestrian bridge. Would definitely stay again.
My visit started off nice because I got here early and my room was already set for me and I got to relax and cool down before exploring. The location is excellent. But that’s about where it ended. I knew the pool and hot tub were closed. But they Still boasted the bar/bistro on my email confirmation, on this website and in the elevators/room information. Yet today after the third night of it being closed I asked why it was not open. They don’t have staff and it won’t be open all week. I’m here for business so I chose a place where I could relax and have a drink/food without going anywhere. Today it was over 100 and not having to leaving when I don’t have a car and needed to walk would have been nice. Then - I plug in my phone, go to bed and wake up to it dead. The USB chargers/outlets by the bed don’t work. I pull out the table thinking the plug came undone. BIG MISTAKE. Omg disgusting. I try all the outlets on the wall and the table doesn’t work. Luckily the ones on the desk work so I just use those. First day take the elevator to leave - I’m on the 9th floor. It shakes violently and makes the WORST sound. They had to call in a repair person but that couldn’t be don’t until Monday and there was no way for them to make that elevator not keep opening so I walked sometimes and braved it others until the elevator guy came Monday afternoon. Then tonight I grab food to bring to my room, turn on the TV and get to work. I decide to open the curtains for some ambiance and to see the downtown lights. My window is COVERED in huge spiders and several scurry away who knows where. I kill 4 of them and still they are showing up everywhere on the window. They were not tiny spiders by any means. The window is covered with spider webs, dust and dirt and TONS of their hatched egg pouches. I call for maintenance and he comes up with a vacuum. He even calls the front desk for me. But there’s no rooms so they won’t move me. They won’t refund me or help me find a place at my comparable conference rate. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

Excellent location to the field and downtown restaurants and businesses. Friendly staff, rooms were clean and on site parking for a fee. A short walk to many local restaurants and shops. We did some last minute shopping while here.
This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Old Market area, the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge and the convention center. The staff are all so nice and helpful and generally just great people. We had a very enjoyable stay
It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their "bistro." Staff was pleasant & helpful.
We found the Courtyard to be a comfortable hotel. Pros: - Spacious, well appointed lobby where you could watch sports - Friendly staff - Bar/bistro good for evening drinks and hot beverages in the morning -Dog friendly, $75 fee which seemed a bit steep - Parking was reasonably priced at $13 a night Cons: - Bathroom smelled of mildew even though it appeared clean - Broken glass on landscaping, notified hotel front desk, next day glass was still there (very disappointing as a dog could cut it’s paw on it) - Vent was loud, could hear noise for most of the night from HVAC
Stayed here one night in early october and was quite pleased with my stay, the rooms are very clean and hotel is close to the convention center. very nice facilities and modern decor. Got here late in the evening and left quite early in the morning so I didn't really get a chance to check out the fitness center or see if they had a pool. Some of the staff was not very friendly, I greeted the front desk clerk lady in the morning, and she just rolled her eyes and turned her nose up at me. However the guy at the front desk at night was really nice, and he did a great job and was very welcoming.
