This was my first visit to The Cake Gallery but absolutely not my last. The variety of not only cakes but cookie and other assorted baked goods was excellent. What sends this place over the top is the service. There were 7 or 8 customers in the lobby when I walked in and everyone got helped quickly. Grace, Elijah and Tracy went above and beyond to help me out. Grace in particular helped me out of my own mess. After 20 years of marriage I didn't realize my wife preferred vanilla over chocolate cake. I of course offered chocolate, and just happened to mention that I messed up when I was picking it up. Somehow, someway they were able to fix me up with a vanilla cake and make me a slightly less pitiful husband. I'm amazed at home awesome this place is and especially the employees. Will be gearing all my cakes from here

The cake is good BUT, The decorators here do not get the tips. If you tip for your cake they put it into a pool and use it to buy lunch and other things but these poor decorators do not get this on their paycheck and it's not only illegal but it's robery and a horrible business practice. People that have worked here have told me this and I know it's still happening. Those hard working decorators should be getting the tip if they used their skills and talent to make a beautiful cake.

The cake was very dry and not good at all, the colored icing had a very strange bitter taste - very disappointed. Also, ordered my cake a day in advance, showed up 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and they hadn't even started it and I received very unfriendly service. Will not buy here again as this is definitely not the same as it used to be.

It's just really unfortunate what has happened to this place in the last few years.
I try to keep giving them chances as they were once such a great resource for cakes for such a long time.
I have never bought a wedding cake from them, but have used them for various birthdays and office events over the years, and I swear every time the quality of the decoration and the cake itself keeps decreasing, but the prices are still way higher than a grocery store.
Save yourself some money and just go to a grocery store.

As an addiction counselor, it was fairly obvious the man in this video is under the influence of something, or experiencing some sort of cognitive decline.
Hopefully his family and friends are being supportive though this clearly trying time for this man.

I’ve been trying to contact the cake gallery on multiple occasions to put my cake order in. I first contacted them in February to place a cake order but zero response. I tried emailing & calling them recently to try to place a different cake order but still no response! I’ve ordered many cakes from them in the past but there services now have been very disappointing.

We ordered a graduation cake from across the country at The Cake Gallery based on reviews. Took a chance and it paid off. Beautiful 2-tier cake and it was sooo good. I love frosting but not too sweet and this frosting was perfect. I could've eaten the carrot cake every day. Thank you!!

I needed a last minute cake and did not have an order placed. The retail store is still under construction, I drove up to the temporary location, and Christy came out to my vehicle to take my order. I asked for a Husker theme and pretty. I waited about 20 minutes while the cake was decorated. They brought it out to my car when it was done. The cake was delicious, and everyone loved the design at the party. Thank you!!

Extremely disappointed. I have been a repeat customer with no issues until I reached out to Naomi who is in charge of their wedding cakes. I have been reaching out for 6 months and she hasn’t followed through with anything she’s told me. I’m now 10 weeks from the wedding and have no cake vendor.

super last minute cake search and while it did take me a moment to find the new temporary location in bel air plaza— once I did it was so worth it. A very kind woman helped me find exactly what we need for my daughter’s 6th birthday! Her cake dreams were made today. Thanks y’all for your services and care!
