We came to the Westroads location on Sunday the 14th around 2–3 PM for my husband’s birthday, and the service was really disappointing. Our server ignored us when we tried to order cheesecake and asked for to-go boxes, then walked away and didn’t come back for a while. Throughout the meal, he barely spoke, seemed annoyed, and disappeared often. We weren’t rude at all, but it felt dismissive and made what should have been a special occasion very frustrating.

The best dining experience i have ever had! The food was great and came out fast. But the highlight of our experience was our server Nancy! She was amazing, we have never had a more friendly, compassionate and authentic individual. She was more than a server she made us feel like friends and family while we dined. The customer service/hospitality industry could learn a thing or two from Nancy. We are from almost 3 hours away and will go out of our way to come visit cheesecake factory in omaha just to have her as our server.

I ordered a slice of triple chocolate cake from DoorDash for $16. What I received was significantly less than a slice of cake; it was only about an inch thick. Now, after reading other reviews, even on TikTok, I’m extremely aggravated. This was supposed to be a treat for myself, but I’ve been torn between whether I should have spent that much on a slice of cake. Now, I regret my decision.
I had bang bang chicken and shrimp it was soo good. My husband Carne asada it was good but not the mexican style.

We come here every time we are in Omaha. The food, beverage, dessert, and company is always divine! My hubby likes the bacon cheeseburger and I love Shelia's avocado salad. A good key-lime pie is hard to beat! Did tell you the coffee us out of this world as well!
