We stayed in the hotel and ate dinner one of the evenings here. We ended up having friends join us so we chose to eat in the lounge area. The drinks were amazing, we ate the delmonico, it was 10/10. Every bite was delicious. We had the salads, a Caesar salad and a wedge. Everything was great. Our server was extremely annoyed we decided to stay and eat in the lounge, even though the restaurant reassured us it was fine. Despite her attitude we LOVED the food.

We had a fabulous experience at The Committee Chophouse. Our server was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere ever. She was knowledgeable, friendly, knew when to come to the table and when not to disturb the conversation, funny, and kind. The food was perfect from the oysters to the chateaubriand to all the delicious sauces (our faves were the peppercorn, the red chimichurri, and the creamy horseradish. Also their homemade hot sauce is divine and should be bottled up for sale. Perfect date night!

This place is impressive, and aesthetically stunning.
Firstly, there is a noticeable ease in communication between the kitchen and front of house. Our server, Joe, was wonderfully attentive without being overwhelming. The courses were timed perfectly, which again, I can safely attribute to a highly functional kitchen/FOH relationship. The staff here is a team—no one is afraid to pre-bus, or fill a water. Everyone is polite, gracious, and professional.
Full disclosure, we were spoiled during this visit, as our wonderful friend Dallas is a member of their culinary team—and he made it a point to make our experience memorable with a special prefix menu. While this would never be something I would ask for, my dining companion is far more daring than I, and had no problem going out of her way to make such a request. Dallas was more than willing to rise to the occasion, and personally presented our main course.
Within our prefix menu, I saw incredible nods to the classics presented without the heaviness you’d find at traditional steakhouses. There was mid-rare duck with a gorgeous demi glacé, Piedmontese filet, and ribeye—all accompanied by small ramekins of house steak sauce, red & green chimichurri, and creamy horseradish. Everything was cooked to perfection. I could swim in the Mac & cheese. The mushrooms presented on the side were perfect, as well.
We ended with a Baked Alaska, and some cappuccinos. It was the perfect ending, and the presentation was spot-on.
It’s been a long while since I’ve worked in the fine dining sphere, and this place reminds me of everything I loved about it. If you’re looking for a wonderful, cozy experience, I can assure you that Dallas & Co will provide everything you seek and more.

Compares to some of the best steak restaurants in Omaha. Al a carte and had their ribeye. Cooked PERFECT and absolutely delicious. Had 3 sides. All were great, mashed has a ‘scallop’? gravy that was fantastic. Great date night special occasion ambiance.

Food was excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. We had a decent sized party in the private dining room, our server was not very good. She was not very professional, not very friendly and sarcastic at times. Not real sure how she has a job at a nice place like this but we will just chalk it up to her having a rough day. The food was great. We tried all of the appetizers, the pork belly, oysters, bread board, and cheese plate were all excellent. I saw many great entrees, I had the Pork Chop with risotto and Arugula. The chili and peach glaze was very nice. Great dish. My lady next to me had the Delmonico 16oz Ribeye. It was very good but was not the best I have ever tasted. I also was told the Scallops were great by another friend but I did not get to try them. Many of the desserts looked good. I try not to sample the desserts but I heard good things about all of them. All in all, very nice establishment.

They have sick employees like Ashley Rodger that celebrates Charlie Kirk’s death. Eat there if you potentially want to be poisoned by someone who hates human life. Be careful of what you support around her. She’s known to be dangerous.
you have gross employees working for you that hate and spread hate
Blown away by the carrot bisque (soup de jour) made by Hailey (sp). 5 stars. Pure culinary art.

We’ve been regulars for years, it’s always a pleasant time here. The food and service never disappoint.
10/10 recommend having dinner here. The atmosphere, the service, the food - all on point! Our server Ashlynn was phenomenal and made our dinner so special! The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone should save room for the Baked Alaska!

Terrible acoustics! Very hard to hear each other at the table. My filet may have been sous vide? I like my filets grilled. No crust on the outside of the steak. And then of course your normal pay to park, can't find a parking space Blackstone district. Too many places out west that are better and much easier to navigate.

I’ve had Gibsons, Peter Luger, Gene and Georgetti’s as well as a few other amazing places, but hands down this is the best steak I’ve ever had. The decor, staff, sides, all make this place the best. The bonus was our server Sadie who was outstanding, friendly and told us the history of this beautiful, historic building. I can’t say enough about how phenomenal this is and we can’t wait to come back.
