Well my son's graduation request was cookies !!! My order was canceled at another establishment inadvertently , and the folks at THE COOKIE COMPANY took care of everything and got it all fixed in time for the party
Worst customer service ever! We went this afternoon and purchased a couple cookies and a fountain drink, we took about 3 sips and it just tasted awful so I went to ask for a different drink and told them it just didn’t taste right, and they refused to give me something different, I wasn’t asking for any money back just simply a different drink, one of the girls tried it and said “It tastes perfectly fine” and refused to give us a different drink, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Worst customer service ever! They have wonderful cookies, and great popcorn and drinks and snacks. They have the best cookies in town. Way better than Eileen's. I go every week without fail. I have gotten to know the owners Roni and Dave, they are super nice and courteous. I wish there shop was closer to my house. It's my favorite food place to visit. No place in Omaha matches their place! Try it and you will agree!
