The Cordial Cherry

I ordered the Tea Time set for my mom for Mother's Day. I cannot recommend them enough! They look EXACTLY like the pictures, were shipped on time, arrived completely perfect (no melting), and were (according to my mom) packaged extremely well. I will definitely be ordering again.

THE WORST. ORDER OVER $200 IN CHOCOLATES. ARRIVED IN UNSEALED BOX, NO SHRINK WRAP OR CELO. HAD BUBBLE WRAP TOUCHING THE CHOCOLATES BUT THE SEALED. CALLED COMPANY TO COMPLAIN OF FRESHNESS AND BEING UNSEALED.
LADY STATED THAT IT IS NORMAL AND CHOCOLATES LAST FOR MONTHS. I ASK ABOUT NOT BEING SEALED. SHE SAID NOT NECESSARY. !!!!!
I ASKED IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN IN A MAIL TRUCK OR UPS TRUCK, BOXED ARE COVERED WITH DUST AND DIRT NORMALLY.
LADY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE INSISTED they are NOT TAKING A RETURN OR REFUND
THIS IS A JOKE COMPANY THAT GIVES NO GUARANTEES ON how THEY SHIP OR CONDITION YOU RECEIVE IT.
DIRT AND ALL,
WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY SENDS PERISHABLE FOOD WITHOUT SEALING IT.
LADY WAS SHORT AND INSISTENT THAT THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. BEWARE

love these little chocolates. miss the way we could go in and pick out different flavors and designs. Seems like a specialty chocolate shop should offer walk-in sales as well, not just bubble packed prepackaged boxes. Also this last time i got my Valentine’s day box from my husband, the cherries didn’t taste the same, just very sweet, no flavor. They used to taste like maraschino cherries, a bit of almond flavor. These had no flavor at all.

Incredibly detailed chocolates, but taste-wise I don't find them particularly good - too sweet for my tastes.

These are the most beautiful chocolate covered cherries and truffles. They were shipped pretty much cross-country and stayed intact. It took over a week to receive them which surprised me based on the cost of the UPS shipping fee but nonetheless they arrived in perfect shape. I bought them as a gift for my dad and he said they were delicious.

Great place if you only want one kind of chocolate. They do not offer assortment of different favorite, you either get 4 or 16 of the same flavor in the same box and very expensive too. I guess that is their specialty, but for the expensive price I would hope to have a couple different flavor in each box. Anyway I would not recommend for my chocolate lovers. But it is still worth trying

I absolutely love this store. Not only are the cherries amazing and the cutest I’ve ever seen, but this is a locally owned store, they pay a third party lab to test their probiotic chocolates (meaning they aren’t lying about what’s in them because they send them to someone else for an honest evaluation) BUT, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO KIND BY A BUSINESS OWNER EVER IN MY LIFE. The switch between seasons is rough and hectic when you’re a small business. And even in the chaos and stress, the owner exemplifies customer service. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit today. And do yourself a favor and get the Carmel! Omg. Thank you Cordial Cherry. I’m proud to be a customer.
