I ordered the Tea Time set for my mom for Mother's Day. I cannot recommend them enough! They look EXACTLY like the pictures, were shipped on time, arrived completely perfect (no melting), and were (according to my mom) packaged extremely well. I will definitely be ordering again.
THE WORST. ORDER OVER $200 IN CHOCOLATES. ARRIVED IN UNSEALED BOX, NO SHRINK WRAP OR CELO. HAD BUBBLE WRAP TOUCHING THE CHOCOLATES BUT THE SEALED. CALLED COMPANY TO COMPLAIN OF FRESHNESS AND BEING UNSEALED.
LADY STATED THAT IT IS NORMAL AND CHOCOLATES LAST FOR MONTHS. I ASK ABOUT NOT BEING SEALED. SHE SAID NOT NECESSARY. !!!!!
I ASKED IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN IN A MAIL TRUCK OR UPS TRUCK, BOXED ARE COVERED WITH DUST AND DIRT NORMALLY.
