Great space, lively, good lighting. Cocktail menu hasn't been updated since the fall season (autumnal cocktails), can't comment on them because we couldn't get a drink. Not from being too busy, but from bartenders not even looking at you or acknowledging your presence. We tried to get a drink while waiting for dinner (25 minutes). Only one server who was crushed. Not a well run service. Unlikely to come back, too many other bars.

Wow. Great drinks. Bar looks amazing. The atmosphere is fun and the service was fast. The server was a red haired lady with glasses. I’m sorry I not know her name but she was very nice and knowledgeable. Drinks came out fast too. Th history of the place and the hotel decorations make you feel like you’re Rick in the 30’s with a modern vibe. Wife and I will staycation here for sure. We can’t wait to come back and try more.

I love historic hotels. However I was very disappointed. It was a tad pricy. the first morning the coffee service had no cream and no one seemed interested in getting us some. There was limited storage in the room. There were no black out curtains so no sleeping in for us. we had a splendid view of the roof. The most disappointing was the pool. Therde was a mention of a pool club. however the club means locals for a fee can take over the pool from 10 AM till 8PM. guests who pay weekly over $200 a night get 2 shaded morning hours. After that it is like that scene from Caddyshack where the employees take over the pool. Lots of drinking and people sitting on the edge eating. I was waiting to see a Baby Ruth float by. oh getting there early or you won't get a chair.

Very cool ambience and decoration. The location on the basement of the hotel gives the appearance of an actual speakeasy but there is easy access to the street. Music was a bit too loud for a speakeasy ambience. Cocktails were not consistent, due mainly to bartenders. There was one that knew what they were doing and the other not so much. I guess just luck if you get the right person. Food options not that extensive here. The steak bites were great though. Super tender and flavorful. Overall, good for a stop and definitely should be check out.

Beautiful hotel. Did a staycation there and had a wonderful time. The committee chophouse and the cottonwood room were great places for food and drinks. I would go there again for a staycation.

I ate at the bar, and it was elegant and quiet, and the food was delicious.

Had reservations for 3 couples Friday night, we were seated and greeted right away. Food was great, though quite pricy. Server was attentive and knowledgeable.I ordered a bottle of probably the cheapest red blend on the menu (which was still over $80) to have with dinner. I was really the only one at the table who knew anything about wine (which is not THAT much). He brought it to me to taste and then poured for our table. At the end of the night, getting the bill we realized he upgraded our bottle w/o asking to the Liter which ended up being over $70/couple! I don't know if he assumed a regular bottle wouldn't be enough for 6 people so took liberty...but my husband drank none, and everyone HAD other drinks, just wanted a little wine with dinner. I never would have ordered that. That's shady AF IMO!

The Cottonwood Room is a beautiful bar located in the lower level of the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the vibe was fun. Specialty cocktails are unique and yummy. Service was excellent. Many of the guests were overflow from a wedding reception and it was fun to see all of the beautiful dresses!

I have no real idea where to start. The hotel is first class. Everything is very clean. Everyone is very nice. The pool was heated! And if I am going to be coming back to Omaha, I definitely will not look anywhere else to stay other than here.

A place to see to be to sleep to eat to enjoy. It is a perfect combination of every aspects for a perfect stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and full of history among a beautiful decoration. The rooms are spacious, silent and highly comfortable. Plus the bars and amazing steak restaurant. A place to stay!

Jerad the valet was wonderful helping me. He was kind and generous. I went for Open Omaha. The hotel is a gem. Loved it. The tour was amazing. This hotel has remarkable history. I cannot wait to have drinks in the lower level.

Exceptional quality and service. Everything was very clean and fresh. Rooms were extremely clean. The chophouse downstairs was 5 star as well. We will only stay here when we go to Omaha. Pool was very large. Everyone was professional and friendly.
