Java Daddies is our one and only breakfast stop. Their service is exceptional and we love the staff. Caffeine and weekends wouldn't be the same anywhere else. We make sure to bring our family and friends here, a signature Old Market destination.

Wanted to order some coffee but service was slow because it seems like the owner was too busy making racist comments about protesters in downtown Omaha. Not a friendly environment.

I have never had hash that was made without hash browns. Very weird and not that good. Daughter kind of ate her pancakes. The place has cool decor but we had a guy screaming at the tv and drinking at 930am. The cook yelled at the server to come get the food out of the window. The whole experience was a bit lacking.

I mean, it used to be good. Now there are unreasonably long wait times for food that, honestly isn't worth waiting for. Don't recommend it.

The service was incredibly slow for only three tables. The food is basically greasy diner quality. Much better offerings in the same area.

Better hurry... They're going to tear this place down someday soon, and put up a hotel in its place. Good food and friendly service. UPDATE: They closed the Diner and moved the operation to a nearby restaurant, Billy Frogs. Haven't been there yet, so I can't speak to whether the food and service has changed or not.

The iced coffee is the best in Omaha. So nice and smooth. The environment is great there too. Oh, did I mention that the owner knows a thing or do about coffee and tea and is an incredibly friendly? The Old Market has several coffee options, but only one that is passionate about coffee and tea. Do yourself a favor and stop in.
