Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The beautifully designed room was something I wouldn’t get tired of anytime soon. Large floor to ceiling windows is a YES for me. What a great place if you wanna take a casual photo shoot (or upscale!). The food was okay - I ordered over easy eggs, breakfast potatoes, and bacon, a side of fruit, and a pineapple mimosa. Something that could have improved the mimosa is a pineapple garnish atop the glass. And the meal could have been elevated with a decorative plate, or maybe some peppered bacon, or a special sauce for the potatoes. Just a thought! The service was okay but 30 minutes before the resturant closed for breakfast and it showed a tiny bit. Overall, it was okay but I’m not sure if there was anything drawing me back to the resturant.

My husband and I hung out here before and after dinner on our anniversary. Sam was our server and he was so sweet. He gifted us a chocolate torte for our anniversary. We haven’t had service like that in a long time. The cocktails (Smoked and regular Old Fashioned, Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita, and Espresso Martini) and desserts (Chocolate torte and Banana BrasPudding) were fantastic!

Their kitchen and manager needs work. Ordered the $60 ribeye steak med-rare. The first time the steak came out well done. They certainly cooked the flavour out of it and it was tougher then shoe leather. Kyle, the bartender immediately apologised and had the kitchen re-fire the steak only for it to come out med well the second time. Kyle asked if I wanted to try for a third time. I told him no thank you, that I needed to eat. He immediately went to find his manager to try to resolve the issues without me having to ask. What seem to be a game of playing where is Waldo (the manager on duty)?
Once she was located, she sauntered in, went to the computer to give a 50% discount. The irony is… I wasn’t looking for that. I was thinking she would try to course correct the situation. Nope. She just disappeared straight after…. Back out of the restaurant and back into the hotel somewhere…
Kyle gets a raving review of 5 stars, he is the saving grace to this issues and why this won’t be a zero star review. He rocks!
The manager in question get 1 star, the kitchen needs guidance, the kitchen get 2 stars. It’s pretty bad when I’ve had better service and steak from somewhere like a waffle house then this “higher end” restaurant…

Food was OK, but very overpriced for what you get. Menu online did not match what they had available in the restaurant that evening. Great drinks, but also very expensive. Very cute place and the service was excellent.
Beware!! This we booked this hotel yesterday, when we showed up to check in the person at the counter was very rude and unhelpful. We had been driving for 8+ hours and needed somewhere to stay for the night. They told us we didn’t have a reservation despite me having an email/open browser stated we did. They kept asking for a different name that it would be under (literally not possible.) They kept saying I must’ve booked through a third party even though I showed them the email I received from THEIR hotel email. Obviously there was an issue on their end with the reservation going through. Not once did the person apologize for the inconvenience. The whole time they just assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about and that the reservation must be under another name. We left and went somewhere else. An hour later we received another email with all the details for our reservation. I had to call and cancel so we wouldn’t be charged. The same person picked up, I explained that I got another email. They said “Yep, we will cancel it for you. Bye” and hung up. So rude!! After reading the reviews, it sounds like they have issues with the booking system. So I’m not sure why this employee was so adamant I must’ve made a mistake on my end. I’d never recommend this place. Lucky it was a weekday and other hotels had space. Can’t imagine what we would’ve done had other places been booked!
Had the artichoke dip and salted caramel lava cake a la mode. And even though I don't think the dip was $12 good, the service made it worth it! Sam was a great server and made me and my fiancee feel very invited.

We really enjoyed our meals. The waiter was attentive and professional. We decided to keep it simple with a "Smash" burger and a Southwestern Chicken Melt, both were very flavorful and a good portion side. We also had the artichoke dip, which was tasty as well.

Hostess stand said to please wait to be seated. I waited more than 5 minutes in a near empty restaurant listening to the waitress/hostess talking to a customer. I took that as a sign and left.

stayed here this coming weekend there is very little Direction giving at the front desk about where the room was where the restaurant was about the parking some of the places kind of ran down needs to be updated the slamming doors all night kept me up and the pocket door for the bathroom is about ridiculous no privacy big gaps extremely heavy and $25 for parking is a little ridiculous after paying for the room the specifically said in my request make sure I was in a quiet area and one of the shuttle drivers was honking at me this morning saying move my effing truck cuz he was impatient it was 5:00 a.m. approximately all I was trying to do is turn my keys in and get my GPS going. Also I had a fan on I had the AC set to 64 that room was at least 70° all night that's another reason I could not sleep

2 of us arrived for a 6:00pm dinner reservation and we're seated. A server did not come to our table until 6:10-6:15 PM. we ordered drinks and then placed our food order at approximately 6:20 PM at 7:10 PM or food had still not arrived at our table having tickets to an event at the Orpheum. We asked the server if they could check on the order she mentioned that a wedding was going on in the party room and therefore they were very busy. Our food arrived at 7:15 PM and we were only able to eat three or four bites before we decided to leave to get to our seats at the theater. The server was very apologetic, but it was not her fault the food took to be prepared.
Service was excellent but a little slow. Food was excellent, atmosphere very nice. Easy walk to theater for show. I would go there again just to try more food on the menu and knowing it was so close to the venue and prices very reasonable.
Went here back to back mornings only because it’s in the hotel and not many other breakfast spots nearby.Definitely disappointing. Lovely atmosphere but severely under staffed so service super slow and food average quality at best.

Arrived 5:55 for 6:00 reservation, not sure hostess found it but were quickly seated. Drink order took 15 minutes to get. Ordered meals and commented that we were going to show. Checked on order after 30 minutes and were assured it was almost ready, told same after 45 minutes. After about an hour we received our meal leaving us 15 minutes to eat and get to the theater. The chicken sandwich was too tough to cut or chew, while other meals were good they had to be basically wolfed down w hole. Waitress offered to “try” to find a manager but we did not have time to wait.
Can't recommend this place due terrible wait times an order times. Food was cold by the time it got out and was missing ingredients. Not worth it at all.
