The Drover has become a “must visit” whenever we travel to Omaha. The Cowboy casual atmosphere is charming but subdued. It's what Texas Roadhouse aspires to be, but never will. (We like Texas Roadhouse as well.) The steaks are superb. We regularly pay much more at home for far lesser quality. It's one of a couple reasons we want to visit Omaha much more often.

The sautéed mushroom was well seasoned. We ordered a whiskey fillet and a whiskey ribeye, both were perfectly cooked. Good wine options by the glass and by the bottle. We look forward to having our date night at Drover again!

I was in town for work and asked where I should go to get a good steak. The locals were quite to tell me to come here. I am so glad they did. This place is fantastic. I loved everything about it. I will for sure be going back if I am ever back in the area.

The flavor was good, but it was the toughest med rare ribeye I've ever eaten at a steakhouse. A tough ribeye? A ribeye with no cap? Your food quality should match your server quality. Do better, Drover.
