We had so much fun dancing. Drinks can be a bit pricey, but they change frequently throughout the night(the theme). Music is 90s-todays hits. Lots of fun. Hard to hear bartenders but that's expected.

Expensive but a cool gimmick.

The security has absolutely no means of de-escalating situations and honestly could have cared less about the safety of others. Was a dangerous night and could have easily ended tragically. Did not feel safe in this bar and will not be going again. Would not be surprised if this bar gets shut down.

The Security was rude and unprofessional. 20.00 for a cover charge is a bit much.

Haven’t been here in a while & it has really gone downhill- $25 cover charge to enter.. bit ridiculous. But the worst part was seeing the security guard on the dance floor with a completely obliterated drunk girl grinding all over him while the other security guards are giving him fist bumps & watching.. absolutely appalling. Could probably lower the cover charge & hire less security guards, seeming as the ones there now don’t do their job.

At almost $2.25/minute, the igloos are not at all worth the money. I won't discuss the customer service experience, as I'm hopeful the person working today was just having an off day, but it was far from friendly. The heater in the igloo is not sufficient for cold, windy days and it seems like there is no way to adjust them - just turn them on or off. Having the igloos in the middle of high buildings is not ideal for winter weather and the inefficient heaters do nothing to make things more comfortable. Unlike other local businesses that offer an igloo, none of the money paid goes towards food or drink from any of the participating restaurants - which may or may not even be open, depending on when you book your time. For $200, having even $50 go towards food or drink service would be a plus.

Booked an igloo for my sisters birthday. Assumed we would at least get someone to come take a drink order for the price we paid, had to call around for bars most of which did not have working number, we didn’t expect free food or drinks but at least someone to run an order. That really wasn’t clear to us when we booked it, which was a bummer. Unfortunately, I could not recommend the igloo experience here.
