Can’t support the Grove anymore since they became a cash-less business. Use to spend a thousand dollars or so a week here for over a year straight and moved out of state to come back and visit to discover they’re going in this poor direction I can not support and know many others that feel the same.

I really enjoyed the cashew toast. However I went in and ordered the 3 day cleanse and the girl that made it for me took over 40 minutes to prepare it all. And when I took the juices home there was 3 of them that weren’t even in their. Like she switched some up for some older repeated ones. So I didn’t get to try 3 or the ones listed on the cleanse card that was given to me with them. A little upset about that considering I spent so much money…

Made fresh & very good! I had the Grove Acai bowl. Such a warm & cozy place to eat it. The staff were pleasant. And they had some awesome 80's music playing. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they are a bit pricey & since it's downtown, I had to pay the parking meter to park.. They had nice, clean bathrooms too.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this juice bar for years, despite it being one of the most overpriced spots in Omaha. I’ve always gone back because it’s one of the few places in town to get fresh juice. However, my experience today was disappointing enough to change that.
First, while the juices are good, the pricing has always been excessive for Omaha standards. Their salads, which are also quite pricey, are tiny, lack any protein options, and honestly don’t feel worth the money. But today, I discovered they don’t even accept cash anymore.
As a paying customer, I expect a business to accommodate all forms of legal tender. Refusing cash feels out of touch and inconvenient. Between the high prices, limited menu options, and now this, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. If you’re looking for value or flexibility, this place isn’t it.
I was gifted two bottles of the charcoal detox. They tasted amazing. Refreshing. Only one issue.....the label should of came with a warning....drink more than one of these things, be prepared to clear your calendar for the next 24-48 hours. I feel like the dad on Friday movie.(No fault to The Grove, the person who gifted me these didnt tell me how strong these things were either)These things are effective......will update after I lose another 5 lbs after drinking these things.

This is the only organic fully vegan place in Omaha I have been able to find in my 4 trips here. Their smoothies are top of the line. Acai bowls are the same. Their toasts are great. Everything is great and they make their own juices bottled you can take to go. Definitely is a special spot with one big down side for me! They don’t have any very filling lunch items. One bowl with extra chickpeas and maybe an ancient grain would take it to the next and final level for me!
Amazing healthy options :)
profoundly disappointed with my recent experience as a first-time customer at The Grove. I placed a significant financial investment into a 3-day cleanse, which I expected to be handled with the utmost care and professionalism, but what I received was far from acceptable. The entire experience has been stressful and disheartening. As a busy mother and professional, clearing my schedule for 3 days to commit to this cleanse required significant effort. A cleanse like this impacts the mind, body, and spirit, and it was crucial for me to have everything in place to focus on my health. However, multiple issues with my order, lack of communication, and poor customer service have completely undermined this effort. An unexplained extra charge of $176.00 on my credit card, which I still have not received an explanation for. No Contact About Order: Despite selecting Friday as my pickup day and receiving confirmation that I would be notified when my order was ready, no one contacted me. I had to call to confirm, only to find that my order wasn’t prepared correctly.
• Incomplete Order: Upon arrival, I was informed that two of the mylks needed for my cleanse were unavailable. These mylks are crucial to the cleanse and were already paid for. The alternative options offered were unacceptable given the importance of these specific products • Expired Products: Some of the juices I received were marked to expire within two days, despite being told they would last eight days. This further impacted my ability to properly follow the cleanse schedule.• Product Substitutions Without Notice: Some of my juices were substituted with other products without any prior notification. I was not given a chance to approve these changes or be informed ahead of time, which is unacceptable given the price point and the nature of the cleanse• No Manager Available: On multiple occasions, I was told the manager was unavailable. Even after asking for the owner's contact information and being assured I would receive it, I never did. There has been no follow-up, and I feel entirely dismissed by your team. While they offered substitutions, I wasn’t in a position to research or evaluate these alternatives on the spot, especially as a first-time buyer.
• negatively impacted. This was my first time purchasing from The Grove, and I expected top-tier service, especially for the price paid. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, support, and care shown throughout this process is unacceptable. I feel as though I am not a valued customer, and that your team did not care enough to address these issues with the urgency they deserved.
Conclusion: I demand a proper resolution to these issues. Whether this is through a full refund, compensation, or some other corrective action, I expect immediate attention to this matter. This experience has not only been a waste of money but also a significant disruption to my well-being.I await your prompt response and action.
Edit : I was emailed a short and abrupt message saying, " Sorry we sold out of a few items in your cleanse, you can come pick up your mylks". This is unacceptable after my e tire experience and not recieved the correct products or the charge being explained or even having the decency to call me and this being addressed. I 100 percent do not recommend this place as clearly the owner does not take customer satisfaction seriously.

Terrible customer service, wrong products given multiple times, inability to show empathy for mistakes they made and the effect it had on a customer

A very modern calming atmosphere. The golden mylk was delicious and a small was over $6, which was surprising. I’m happy to go to an all vegan and gluten free shop. This is a very health centered vibe which is typically my jam but it felt very sterile to me. I think I just wanted to see more creativity in the space. I really liked the compost inclusion and the creativity of the trees with the plants hung from the branches.

This place had such an inviting and sunny atmosphere. They had a few fridges with juices and milks to choose from. I got the Blue Jay and it was $11 before tax and tip. A little pricey but it was tasty and filled with nutrition. ☀️ They also serve made-to-order food, and some health products on the shelves.

I was disappointed to see the juice isn’t actually made fresh, it’s made weekly. Just like store bought but for the same price as if it were juiced in front of you. It does come in a fancy glass jar though.

We ordered a bowl and a smoothie. The bowl was brought out 20 minutes before the smoothie. I would not recommend if you are going with someone else.
As for atmosphere, Most customers are camped out with laptops on WiFi.

Got a bowl of açaí with oats, banana slices, dried cranberries, coconut flakes and peanut butter drizzle and a bottle of their juices I got Green Supreme it’s all greens(a bit pricey for their juices I assume cause they are glass. $11.00 but they are refillable for a lower price) It was sooo good me and my partner really enjoyed it! We LOVE açaí ? def recommend. Vegan Friendly.
