Went for dinner. Sat at the bar. Even though there were only 8 tables and four wait/bar staff, we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for service. Who I would guess is the manager asked if either of the two behind the bar had waited on us yet. They both said no. She had to tell the bartender twice wait on us. Food was served without napkins or silverware. The fillings in my tacos had soaked through taco shell, so that it fell apart when went to eat it and the peppers were not sautéed.

It was dead when I walked in for an early dinner. No front of house staff. Would have liked to try shrimp tacos, but they were out. I had concerns about the freshness of the cilantro because it looked very wilted. Tacos were otherwise delicious. Will return.

I am in disbelief and pissed all in one. I go in Friday with my kid for queso add beef with chips, tacos and margarita. First we didn't get napkins or plates so when we dipped our chips some is spilling on us and table, so I have to get up to go ask! Upon eating I see there are corn tortilla chips only at the bottom when I CLEARLY said FLOUR chips, when I took them back the waitress lied and said I thought u said Mixed!... I don't like the corn chips with dip so why would I ask for mixed, and you guys did this on the last visit and I let it go., now we have to wait for flour chips and I dip is getting cold! While waiting the waitress is visiting with friends until I look at her like "Where's our food"... Forward to Saturday morning I get notifications that an amount has changed in an transaction. When I get my receipts and paying with a card I ALWAYS initial and circle the amount this let's staff know this is the ONLY amount I'm paying for, no tip involved and then I see an additional $10 was taken from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! The service was poor and the waitress flat out lied about the chips hiding corn ones on bottom just as before, and now your staff steals money during a transaction. I want my money back! and someone needs to be fires for the dishonesty and stealing from customers, something tells me this isn't the first time. Fix it! Very unfortunate because the food is great and close to my neighborhood but I don't appreciate.

Quaint & Cozy spot in Dundee. The food was good but the service was not. They were simply understaffed. 1 waitress and 1 bartender on a Friday night. Our table of 7 would have had another round or two of margaritas but the waitress never came back around after the first round. The food was good but our orders got split into two separate that took about 10 mins apart.

5 stars!! This place was so cute and cozy. We got our food in a timely manner. The waiter and cook both took their time to ask us how everything was tasting and if we were satisfied. We will be going back!

Everything we ate was old!! Disgusting. We had stale/dry ground beef and a super stale taco shell. Service was a star, yes 1 star. No silverware, we had to use thin cocktail napkins and then we were told they’re closing so we had to go. Drinks were so expensive and I couldn’t even taste the alcohol. Disappointing. Dundee deserves way better!!!!

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The first time coming here I ordered online and the order wasn’t noticed by the staff. However, when the food was given it was good enough for a second trip. BUT the second trip resulted in two of the worst margaritas my wife and I have ever had, a 30 minute visit where we never got an opportunity to place a food order, and realizing that the “in house” menu was extremely limited to only about 5 options.The disappointing part is that I’m not a reviewer at all and don’t complain about service unless it’s truly terrible. There were four tables during our visit- two with kids. Both families paid cash and left after waiting for over 15 minutes to get a tab.
