Shitty service, our first time and last time going there. Cashier refused to let us pay for drinks until said drinks were done for some reason. (Which we thought was weird, but we thought nothing of it thinking this was normal here.) So we left the counter to find a place to sit, thinking they would let us know. We waited patiently for 15 minutes before we got sick of waiting, They were never going to tell us when the drinks were done, and that's messed up. Also, while we were waiting, we noticed another customer ordering. Their payment was taken right away, and we realized that the customer service was not the same when we ordered.

LOVED the atmosphere and the pastries, not my coffee though unfortunately. I got a Mexican mocha and the chocolate was not dissolved in my drink at all. It was basically an iced latte with chunks of chocolate.. my husbands coffee was much better, planning to give them another shot and hope my experience was a one off.

I want to start out by saying I usually have the most amazing experience here. I have told several associates and they have all said the same.
Today unfortunately I had a very opinion changing point of view of the establishment. I came in to do some coaching with a client who had never been. We decided to just jump right in and start working on the action plan and not order right away(👀) After about 45 minutes of a deep dive a member of the staff comes over in the most disrespectful and loud tone begins the conversation with "Our establishment is for paying customers only, if you don't buy anything I am going to have to ask you to leave, here's our menu, she slaps it on the table and walks away"...As we both sit there in awe, mouths open, I look around and as people try not to act is if they didn't notice, my thoughts were, why was she so loud? Why was she so annoyed? How long was she and the other staff members standing around talking about us "not ordering" anything before she finally decide she was going to put us "in our place"? I'm flabbergasted..Keep in mind, her timing to come over to us was right in line with when we were about to order. After that interaction we just left.. So disappointed..

First time visiting and what a cute place! I could sit in front of that bookcase all day reading. It was very busy but the baristas were super friendly and my drink was perfect. They have a wall of coffee beans you can buy but I don't brew coffee at home so when one of the girls saw I needed help and I didn't know what to buy for a gift she took the time to help me pick out what I needed. Great service!

Great atmosphere, great staff, great coffee and tea and chocolate and quiche!
Vegetarian options: Lots of pastries and even one of the quiche options are vegetarian. I believe one of the breakfast burritos is as well. Not sure about vegan options because I've never looked, but I would be surprised if they didn't have anything.
Cute place I dont know if its just me but the matcha is so bad so watery no flavor
