Do not get the $22 lobster in the bun, it's not any good and very small portions in a terrible bun. Might as well get a hot dog at the gas station.

best waffles and french fries i’ve ever had. absolutely amazing food and the guy who owns it is the nicest person ever, the best service and overall experience i’ve ever had in omaha. go out of your way to try this place out, it’s worth it

This food truck is regularly at Trucks and Taps. This is great for a brunch and T&T serves various mimosas etc. We had the Nutella and Churro waffles and it was plenty for two adults and two toddlers. I'm not sure how many ways to make waffles but these are great. They're light and bouncy and when you add the toppings it's an extra special slice of heaven. We love them!

Connecticut roll was off the chain, pair with beer and salt and Vinny chips ??. Also the spot is amazing, would highly recommend.

This was my first time trying Modern Waffle. I had The Kong to go and he was happy to make mine Gluten Free. It was delicious. I've been gf for years and this waffle was amazing. It was light, and fluffy. it was cold this morning so I chose to wait in my car since he had to turn on the gluten free iron, it was going to add a bit more time. he handed me my timer thingy as I left to wait. not long after he brought it to my car. Great food, good prices, and amazing service. Thank you! I can see myself becoming a regular.

Got our son the Nutella waffle from the food truck at a car show. Waffle was made perfectly and toppings were fresh.

Desert for breakfast. I love sweets, but this is overload. Save yourself time, trouble, and money and buy your family a big box of moon pies at the 7-11 and get on with your day.

On Sundays me and my son usually do breakfast we decided to switch it up try somewhere new the modern waffle did not disappoint ? tried the cinnamon roll waffle and the kiddo stuck with the classic will definitely try this place again ?

We had the Modern Waffle for a Palm Sunday event at St. Timothy's Lutheran church and it was fabulous. Highly recommend them for outstanding customer service and to die for waffles!

Had this for a nice brunch at TnT patio where they set up shop. I purchased the waffle flight which gave you a selection of 4 different varieties. They also had drinks and sausages. Very good and glad we went.

Waffles are underrated in this country because people get them all wrong. The Modern Waffle changed that. Absolutely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. This was a warm, perfectly cooked piece of golden fluff, and it was awesome on a 40 degree day. The truck staff were super cool, and very kind. It was ready quickly and with plenty of toppings. VERY sweet but well worth it. Would eat here again 10/10.

I have eaten at the Modern Waffle truck at various different places around town, but this was my first visit to them at Trucks and Taps for Sunday brunch. I knew I wanted to try a couple different waffles, and the flight was perfect! Really enjoyed the churro for sweet, and the chili topped waffle for savory. The staff is super friendly and the food came out quick!
