Disappointed to find out that they did not have oatmeal raisin cookies available. The owner told me to call ahead next time to check. Really? A bakery that has allowed themselves to run out of product? This is mismanagement 101 and the business suffers along with customers. Take care of your customers or they will migrate to another bakery!
